Good Morning everyone
I think a weekly running post is a fab idea. That way we have everyone here at the same time and can catch up much easier.
I did much better this week. I have been trying hard not to bring beer home so that is really helping.
We had a family hockey night last night. My company was sponsor of our local hockey team and we got free tickets for Veterans Day weekend. Alan and his family and my granddaughter Alana's boyfriend went with us.

Hi all I gained 1.8 yesterday at WW. U an eating whole wheat spaghetti and Whole Foods non ft marinara sauce. I got credit for eating a vegetable with the sauce when I tracked. I picked that I can have oatmeal for zero points also.

I am going to eat 8 hifiber packets of oatmeal a day. I am getting a delivery from the grocery store I use tomorrow morning. I have a few packets left. The packets used to be 5 points but are now 3 points each 8 of them are 27 poi nts. I like this because they are 8 of them are 1200 calories.
