Winter is here!! We have 8 days to January,2017. Awe is enough time to develop new goals and approaches for goals with exercise and healthy eating. Whether gym at home or outside we can exercise and see the benefits by New Years day. Tracking our healthy eating helps us lose weight.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you Can set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from September 2 to New Year's Day.

Merry Christmas. In 10 minutes Scott from the apartment and I ARE GOING TO IHOP. I hope I get the coins grin the Medicaid Medicare hmm for WW before the first meeting in January, My ass lasts till January 1 Decembert 31 next meeting.
