My goal is Tracking π: π½οΈ Tracking every BLT πΆββοΈ Tracking every activity minute -> increased fitness is the goal βοΈ Track my weight daily <154.8> π Do something nice for myself or someone else I am considering some other options but have to be sure I really want to DO/CHANGE these things * Cleaning * Decluttering * Mending-altering * Knitting * Writing emails to granddaughters and others weekly * Getting back to art * Create a timeline of my life * Write a book or even just proofread the family cookbook * Do something nice for myself or someone else
Yesterday I helped my daughter choose an outfit...she was in Texas, I was here in Lebanon, and we talked via WhatsApp. We talked to our granddaughters and I made stirfry for lunch. It was a good day, on program, and I slept well last night. I feel good! I also *think* I have broken through the 160 plateau.
I love that all of you are coming back for the challenge...I think THIS time of year is so much better than the first of the year to make some changes!
ladyloser68, (Nancy): π on goal achievement and the wisdom NOT to add in a goal now that you feel you don't have time to achieve!
doordie50, (Pam): π glad you did well on the last challenge. Me-time is not easy sometimes...what about putting that time (even five minutes) at a time in the day you know you can work it in...first thing in the morning, last thing at night, or another time? I need to start in with the weights and walking again...we can keep one another on track!
starchild68, (Carol) So glad you have joined us! I love the specificity of your goals! Setting the timer for 15 minutes is a great idea as well as for the 11:30 cut-off in the evening!
@luvinglife, /GisΓ©lle and klf722, /Karen - Know you both are busy and look forward to seeing you when you are able to check in again

- No alcohol - This makes it easier achieve the rest of my goals. - Tracking - Activity - working toward goal. Right now Iβm doing more recumbent bike and less elliptical for a total but my plan is to adjust the numbers next week. I hope everyone has a great day

Hi all. Love all the smiley faces here today. treadmill 40 started a new skin care routine and got to bed early f/v and tracked
cathygeha , Kudos on the scale! It's so great that technology allows you to spend time with your family in the states. Great advice to do 5 minutes if that's all I have time for. Some is better than not at all.
luvvinlife klf722 GisΓ©lle and Karen - hope you are enjoying yourselves and doing well. *waves*
