Sorry about the late start. I still am not used to starting on Mondays instead of Thursdays.
I have been hovering around 5 pounds over my goal for the past year. I gain, I lose, I gain it back and then lose it again. When WW introduces a new plan it seems like a good time to pretend that I am a newbie all over again even if I haven't made it into a meeting to get the newest plan. (I have years worth of plans to choose from already )
I pretend I'm brand new. I reread all the beginner material. I might get a new cookbook. Plan some meals.
Be reasonable with yourself. Do you remember how difficult it was when you started? Do you remember how that first week was kinda messy and far from perfect, but you didn't give up. Well, welcome back. You need to do the exact same thing again and DON'T GIVE UP. You got this π
Meal planning is a key to success! Remember your "WHY"
Utilize all the tools available to you. And of course keep your WHY in focus at all times! You can do this!
Start browsing WW cookbooks for new meal ideas
Get on the scale...get out for a walk...do a healthy food shop...best of luck
Make whatever cheat sheets you think will be helpful. Motivation needs to be Contemplated / Reviewed/ Renewed everyday. This is why Holy man the Dalai Lama rises at 4:30 every morning. Motivation is not fixed or a given. It's part of the journey to check in with the Self. I have a Points list of foods I eat often to save time / meal plan & because I like simple, I keep it Simple. I work menu ideas around these foods. What can I do with plain non fat yogurt? OH I can plop it on a yummy baked potato with chives. Hello Normal eating !!
Fill up on zero point foods and drink water.
