⭐ No Excuses ⭐
* This is a daily thread for those who want to live by the philosophy that you CAN be ON PLAN EVERY DAY, whether you are doing SFT or counting points for ALL foods! * You aren't doing this to brag; you are doing it for YOU! Because YOU are WORTH IT and because WW has made this totally DOABLE! * WW gives you a lot of freedom and a LOT of options that make it quite possible to live this lifestyle EVERY DAY. * You know that this philosophy keeps you on the straight and narrow. * If you give yourself an excuse to go off plan today, there will ALWAYS be another excuse tomorrow. * SO, there are NO EXCUSES!!! * This is your LIFESTYLE and it is a lifestyle you enjoy and you live it daily. * Hopefully your participation here will not only inspire YOU but will inspire OTHERS, too.

“Make failure your teacher, not your undertaker.”
– Zig Ziglar
AND
Hating the word "failure" ... as failure means that you have given up hope or some such thing...I found this site with quotes on "failure"...and most are more positive than the one above:

I don't quite understand what the quote is trying to say...I did a similar quote that made more sense to me. The quote was taken from the url mentioned in the post above this one...
1. "Failure isn't fatal, but failure to change might be" - John Wooden
I would also say that sometimes failure IS fatal...people attempting to do dangerous explorations of space, the earth, whatever...climbing or diving or setting new records...one CAN fail and in failing DIE but in general...failing, to me, means you stopped working toward your goal...or some such thing.
