It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. * Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. * If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the month.

November 1 - 7 = 60 minutes November 8-14 = 50 minutes November 15 - 21 = 200 minutes November 22 = 10 walked outside November 23 = 60 dishes, cooking, etc (knees hurt today so didn't walk outside ) November 24 = 0 November 25 =0 November 26 =
podkey, BOB: I see "fret" and don't think about those little bars on a guitar...hope you are not having to deal with anything BIG. Thinking of you and wishing you the best.

Nice! I do have frets on my guitars. Maybe you could stand, clap your hands, and dance flamenco whilst I played???
Thursday (T-day) I rode 50', walked 545' and did 40' yoga. Friday (today) Ride 50', walk 30', 40' yoga.
May not have internet for a few days but will be back later.
