If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit. After you decide what you want to work on you show up daily and post how you did with a "face" that indicates how the previous day went. YOU CAN START ANY DAY OF THIS CHALLENGE! My goal is Tracking π: π½οΈ Tracking every BLT πΆββοΈ Tracking every activity minute -> increased fitness is the goal (not much to track but track, I did ) βοΈ Track my weight daily <154.6> 3rd day in a row π Do something nice for myself or someone else I am considering some other options but have to be sure I really want to DO/CHANGE these things * Cleaning * Decluttering * Mending-altering * Knitting * Writing emails to granddaughters and others weekly * Getting back to art * Create a timeline of my life * Write a book or even just proofread the family cookbook * Do something nice for myself or someone else
Thought I wrote to my sister and posted already BUT...didn't. Nothing to share but checking in after starting the thread. Thinking of all of you!

Morning all. cathygeha, look at you! Fun pic.
I'm still pushing lots of water since our Thanksgiving feast. Fingers crossed Monday's WI isn't too bad. lol I did 45 minutes on the treadmill but, passed on the TG since my back was acting up. Got all my fruits and veggies in. Tracked continued with the new skincare routine and did some reading.
