Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. * Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. * If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the month.

November 1 - 7 = 60 minutes November 8-14 = 50 minutes November 15 - 21 = 200 minutes November 22 = 10 walked outside November 23 = 60 dishes, cooking, etc (knees hurt today so didn't walk outside ) November 24 = 0 November 25 =0 November 26 = 15 November 27 = 60 (was in the kitchen doing dishes, pots, pans, cooking...and a few minutes outside sitting with the cat on my lap...didn't count the cat on the lap time
BOB: flamenco is not so much me...but perhaps a belly dance?
