I commit to not messing up my blue dot April by giving into chocolate's temptation.

I picked up fresh blueberries to have in my oatmeal for breakfast along with fresh raspberries. I love the large sweet blueberries I can find at this time of year. I stocked up on berries for the next few days even if it snows.

What will you commit to do today to ensure success with your goal? Get some exercise...no matter what...inside or outside. I have one day under my belt and only two days left in the week to make my 3 times per week goal a reality!
What healthy choices are you looking forward to enjoying today? Are they prepped and ready? Are you using a special recipe? We need to get some produce. Might go out for lunch so if we do will need to make wise/healthy choices. No recipe...usually just throw things in the pot.

What will you commit to do today to ensure success with your goal? Ride my exercise bike 15 minutes (working at it like the orthopedic doctor wants me to do to get ready for knee replacement) - Stretches and floor exercises

What will you commit to do today to ensure success with your goal? I will work in 30 minutes of active exercise, probably in 10 min. intervals, in addition to the less active things I am going to do today.
What healthy choices are you looking fo enjoying today? Are they prepped and ready? Are you using a special recipe? I was in town yesterday and got fresh raspberries and blueberries, plus some salad makings. I will have the berries with breakfast and salad at lunch.

Today's commitment: I am going walking around some stores, then will take my pooch for a nice walk when he comes home from the groomer.
Prep & Planning: I really have no meal plans for today. GS is spending the night with us tonight, I usually let him pick the menu when he is here, I am thinking of making oven "fried" chicken. I will see what he wants when he comes after school.

Hi all. I was MIA yesterday, so will try to answer both questions.
I haven't been back to goal for several months. Seesawing up and down just over it and finding it easier to just pay the fee than do what I need to lose the weight. I need to recommit to this program. I have gotten a plethera of veggies and fruits ready in the fridge and gotten rid of the cookies, etc.
I bought a rainbow of peppers and was gifted quite a few onions and my plan is to cook most of them this weekend and freeze them so they are ready for soups, or whatever. I was thinking chicken sausage, peppers and onions over pasta sounded pretty tasty.

I'm answering after the fact for today. I've had my dairy for the day, I'm drinking water.
It's been a busy day and will be a busy weekend. I need to plan when to fit in grocery shopping. I'm going to take care of myself by enjoying time with a friend tomorrow. We'll eat lunch at a local co-op grocery and deli, so it will be easy to make healthful choices. I'm not 100% sure what I'll have, the menu varies, but I know there will be multiple good options.
