π― 100 Day Challenge π― If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit. My goal is Tracking π: π½οΈ Tracking every BLT πΆββοΈ Tracking every activity minute -> increased fitness is the goal (not much to track but track, I did ) βοΈ Track my weight daily <156> π Do something nice for myself or someone else I am considering some other options but have to be sure I really want to DO/CHANGE these things * Cleaning * Decluttering * Mending-altering * Knitting * Writing emails to granddaughters and others weekly * Getting back to art * Create a timeline of my life * Write a book or even just proofread the family cookbook * Do something nice for myself or someone else Another late start today...thank you for getting the thread started, Pam!

Hello everyone! Itβs been a whirlwind 16 days but it was worth every minute. The beaches in Florida and the sunsets, seafood and visits with friends, the grandchildren in GA and then the 1st Thanksgiving with both of my childrenβs families under one roof was amazing!!! They did all of the cooking for the meal and only requested that I make the family pound cake recipe. Itβs so good to be back with my supportive friends here. Looks like Iβve missed quite a bit. I gained 1.8 pounds over the 2+ weeks and Iβm ok with that. The great thing is we have Nancy and Carol added to our tribe! Yayyyyyy!! Cathy youβre really doing your thing! ππΎππΎππΎ Congrats on the new lows! Pam love all of those smiley faces! And a new skincare routine? Ooh la La! π₯°
My new goal for this challenge are: Me time at least 15 minutes: Read. craft, music, etc.
