If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit. After you decide what you want to work on you show up daily and post how you did with a "face" that indicates how the previous day went. YOU CAN START ANY DAY OF THIS CHALLENGE! My goal is Tracking π: π½οΈ Tracking every BLT πΆββοΈ Tracking every activity minute -> increased fitness is the goal (not much to track but track, I did ) βοΈ Track my weight daily <154.2> π Do something nice for myself or someone else Sent emails to my granddaughters
I have my covid-booster today at 2:20. Other than that, write a review for book read last night, shower, choose something to wear that is easy to bare my arm in without baring more than my arm, etc.
GisΓ©lle: Sounds like you had a LOVELY time away from home! I am envious...and thrilled for you that you only picked up two pounds while enjoying yourself and not at home!
Pam: Thank you for posting when I don't get on in time...good job with your goals!

Morning all. luvvinlife Welcome back GisΓ©lle! So glad to hear you and DH had a wonderful time visiting with family and taking it all in. Did you do a lot of walking?
cathygeha, Cathy good luck with your booster today. WTG with your goals! I had a good day yesterday - low-ish pain and got a lot done around here. Got in my fruits/vegetables, tracked everything, and continued with my self-care goals. I took the day off from the treadmill and Total Gym and wound up getting a good walk in anyway

Iβm loving your new pic Cathy cathygeha Wow Pam! You got stuff done even with the pain? Youβre good! Iβm still feeling kind of tired. I managed to exceed my step goal most days, between walking on the beach and using the treadmills at the hotel gyms. π
