Winter holidays are upon us . This challenge takes place Until January 2. I think e should shoot to maintain.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here.
This challenge runs September 1 through Thanksgiving, 2021. Good morn. I will try to start over today. I want to pay off the credit card by October 2022. I think I can I hope.. I won't pay the utility till January. I have a credit. I also don't have to pay all my internet bill this month just 3 dollars. That's how I can pay this month and when my Social security raises pay through September. my brother is willing to pay which will cover the interest I hope. I may have to pay more for digital times next October and may have to pay the rent starting December 2022 so if I can pay off with my last payment in September that will be good. And I hope the interest goes down as I pay each month. I paid an extra amount this month that should cover the interest. I will see what the interest will be. I hope it doesn't go up with the inflation.

Good morning all! Thanks for starting us Amy! Amy, good job with budgeting (I need to get better about that). How was your Thanksgiving? I didn't have my laptop with me in Brooklyn where I went to spend Thanksgiving with Tim & Julie. We had a nice time. I got to walk on the Coney Island boardwalk for the first time ever! Amy, I'm starting over too today

Hello! It's crazy at work today, like everyday since we are so ridiculously understaffed. So yesterday I went for a 1 mile walk in my neighborhood and then SuSu joined me and we went to Onondaga Lake Park and walked another 2 miles there, woohoo! I'm hoping, since I'm in the area anyway for work, that I can walk several more miles today at the park.

I went shopping tonight fortunately. I want to watch the Supreme Court tomorrow. I got tunafish in water albacore and broccoli. I will drink my diet soda till its gone but I will not buy new soda. The broccoli is in bags 16 ounces. I am eating 4 5 oz cans or really 16 ounces. and I will steam the broccoli. and eat with tuna fish. I have some grapes. left to eat too. I did an new assessment but unfortunately it does not do what I ant. so I get 25 points 2 extra for broccoli. But they count 7 points for tuna fish. I can't get the December menu for meals on wheels.

today I hope I can try to eat broccoli that is steaming in the microwave≥ I may have to eat more grapes which I will buy when I run out. I hope I get my SS Friday. my credit Union shoe it pending. I have asked to meet with them about the bests way to pay off Discover.

Amy, I'm so glad you had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
So yesterday because work ran so long and I got to the park almost an hour later than I wanted to, I hadn't much time to walk before they kick you off at 5:00pm. I had enough time to walk maybe a mile and a half but I really wanted to do more than that. So I walked a quarter mile then JOGGED a mile and walked the remaining 3/4 miles! Woohoo! My first attempt to run in at least 6 months! I will try to run 1 mile 3x a week and continue walking. I am determined to get back to walking outside, the heck with the weather! If I can commit to getting outdoors everyday in the afternoon for at least a mile, it seems to help me sleep a little better at night (something I've struggled with most of my life).
I'm eating a lot of broccoli and fruit this week too! I did a huge stir fry of broccoli, zuchini, mushrooms and garlic Sunday and am eating some everyday as well as salad. I've got a lot of apples and grapefruit. I've also committed to eating more fruits and vegetables. For the first time ever, my cholesterol is up and my doctor wants me to bring the numbers down in the next 3 months. Therefore the commitment to walking (or jogging, woohoo!) and cleaning up my diet. I'm not happy about my medical report but guess I needed it to get on track. I really appreciate my doctor. I want someone who gets after me to get healthy not someone who'll just pump me with drugs. And she's really nice about it.

I am going to buy red delicious apples next wee. the new agency starts Monday 3 hours a day and 1 hour weekend Saturday. But Rich may decide to come Sunday. I am eating 9 tablespoons of peanut butter and finish the grapes by Tuesday when we shop. Scott and I need to sign waivers to shop with the new agency. I am not giving up diet soda. I am going too pay Discover off by October when NY times online goes up. I set a food budget. I will eat the fruit and vegetables in meals on wheels.

Good morning! I wasn't feeling quite right yesterday so was a slug. But today's okay and I've already walked two miles on the TM and am hoping to walk/jog another two this afternoon.
Amy, what is the agency that you're talking about?

my home health agency which will come 16 hours on 6 days a week. My public MCO pays for that It should start December 6.

NSV yesterday -in spite of high, cold winds, I stopped at the lake and walked 1 mile and jogged 1 mile, woohoo! Now to keep up the 1 mile jogs 3 times a week!
