Debbie, You are doing good with the exercise did you get to see any of the parade when you were in New York?
Mo, how are you doing?
Iām down a little bit on the scale. I had my follow up appointment with my cardiologist yesterday and I got a good report. I need to work on my exercise and losing weight.

the meals on wheel Scott likes. They do not have non meat options. so anyway I am changing my insurnance so it may not be able to continue because I need 8 hours of home health. care a week and I am not sure if their budget would pay for the entire 8 hours a week or not. I am keeping my home health agency and that will be okay. I won't be able to pay my credit card as fast as I want but it will be in at least 18 months. So I may not opt for meals on wheels if the insurance can pay more for my home health agency. or I can have my trust pay little extra a month.

I ve had a stomach virus. I still feel under the weather. But I wanted to get my Gerd medicine in. also Scott will come back and I will ask to get the pill of my anti nausea med out fo me which I can not. He gave me saltines canned 2 cans of chicken soup . I want to to be able to go downstairs to eat the Wisconsin mean basketball team play another Wisconsin basketball team Marquette. I was not able to go to WW yesterday as I planned.

Sorry! Didn't realized there was a second page and I'd used the wrong WIs! That's why there are two, the second is correct.
Brenda, wtg on the loss, especially at this time of the year! We didn't see the parade, actually didn't even occur to me. But we're not really parade people -except when I'm actually participating in one, lol.
Mo, I agree with taking the pressure for now! Although I will aim for getting back under 190, but we're talking two pounds for the rest of this month.
Amy, sorry you've got a stomach virus! I hope you get over it soon! I didn't realize people had to pay for MoWs. I hope it all works out for you.
I'm tired today. I have so much to do around the house that I'm having trouble just starting. But I figured since I'm spinning wheels I might as well be productive so I made a couple crustless quiches (will freeze one for the week after next) and a nice vat of pumpkin soup. We also call it the 3 sisters soup taking a few liberties with native american culture. The 3 sisters refer to maize, squash and climbing beans - but in this case it's pumpkin, corn and black beans. Which I figure is close enough. It's a super easy recipe to make, very healthy and lowfat. My sister introduced it to me. I thought it sounded bizarre but since it didn't involve any weird animal parts, I tried it and loved it! It has onions, garlic, bell peppers, canned: pumpkin, black beans, tomato sauce, and corn; cumin, cilantro, cayenne or tabasco sauce, lime juice and is garnished with avocado (and I like a dollop of plain yogurt).

I would not have to pay for meals on wheels usually but I am in Wisconsin family care which is supposed to pay fo it. I get a budget and with it I want to use it only for my home health agency. I dont get as high as amount of money because I have higher social security then some in family care. I am going to ask them to payt more which the last time I was going to ask they said maybe. I would like 12 hour a week. 10 during the week and 1 hour each weekday. I used to get that. But my home health agency is 35 dollars an hour so my budget pays for 7 hours. Iu would rather they pay for my home health agency than pay for meals on wheels. I got my pass port card which allows me to fly on planes inside the United States and go into federal buildings. In Wisconsin you are required to have a stae Id to vote. But it runs out after r8 years. it was federalized to use on a plane. But at 65 you can get a non exprihning state id that was free and is not federal. The DmV is far. The pass book card is done in a post office which is closer and it lasts for 10 years. Pretty soon I get my birth certificate done.

I made my whole wheat spaghetti for tomorrow. And I opened the sauce for tomorrow non fat pasta sauce. I have some grapes left till we shop Wednesday with Vanessa I hope. My stomach was not hurting for most of the day. Today I took my Gerd medication and that helped. I also took my tums for calcium. I will get an appointment for a new doctor about 2 miles away really closer that Scott goes to. They require straight Medicare and Medicaid. I pay no copays or part b or d because I was disabled before age 22 and the means I ge tmedicare savings when I was switched from SSI to SSDI on my fathers record. Luckily I have both cards so that won't be a problem. They have fixed the parking lot there so I dont have to climb stairs.

I weighed just below 209. IU guess a stomach virus is a hard way to lose weight but I did. Back to eating my whole wheat spaghetti and sauce and fruit. I will buy apples when I shop Wednesday. I have some grapes. Scott is going to help me clean the bottom of the refrigerator bin . because I want to put the apples there. I like to warm red delicious apples in the microwave to eat. We watched a University of Wisconsin-madison basketball game agents Maquette in Milwaukee yesterday in the community room. the Budgers beauty Marquette and we were happy. I will watch football in Scotts apartment today There is no Green Bay game. but Scott likes the Bears being from Chicago so we w will watch that game. Scotts birthday is January 1 so a. birthday place we go is closed. Russ is off De4cember 31 so wee will go there with him and Scott for Scott's birthday., I will buy him lunch. Scott is holding onto the money that I will use for Christmas his birthday and January 1 morning to Ihop or Perkins. I decided it would take one longer to pay off a credit card. I c an pay it off in November. that is because I want a little more money to eat .I asked my Wisconsin trust to pay 1 hour of my home health agency. but I will ask the new insurance program if I can get more than 7 hours with them. I would like 12. I also excited about life. I will ask to get a doctor in January so near me it would be a pleasure to walk in summer. That is where Scott goers. I can go with plan Medicare and Medicaid. I will call January. I want to see the Podiatrist there. The have a lab to take tests and x ray machine. they don't have other scanners so I go to the hospital for that. There is a lot of Covid so I dont know if m MRI on January 4 is a go at the hospital. I have to call and see. I am going to weigh in at WW Friday but not staying. I h ave a roundtrip with a cab. Part of that reason is that my friend in this apartment complex is getting coupons for WW. We are starting January 7. She will drive us each Friday. she will learn the new program. I am paying for her track. I really wanted a friend to go to WW. Sher is less overweight than me. she has a wonderful sweet dog I love too. I am lifetime with my goal being so high so I just have to weigh once in December. Scott went to the Credit Union for me Friday when I was sickto take money out of the ATM and then get quarters another denominations for me there. Russ is taking me there to get a cashiers check for rent for January. I think I will be okay. I may have to pay the agency with all the trust money in January if I dont start sourly with the new Family care program in January. I may hav veto get 8 hours a week for that month entirely with my trust. I need to pay off my credit card by Novembe3r 2022 if I have to pay my own rent in December 2022.. luckily I paid so much last and this month to the.credit card I can. I got my passport card. It came faster than I thought. soon I will get my birth certificate back. I wanted this so when federal guidelines are ordered for airplanes and federal buildings I have the id. I had a federal state id but exchanged that for a non expiring voting id which can be a state id in Wisconsin but no other state. UI did that cause it was free and I had no money at that time to pay for a replacement when I lost all my cards. Plus the Dmv is so far away. But I can get to a post office easier like I did to get the card . And it lasts for 10 years. I just hope I get my birth certificate soon. The have a holder for the chipped.card. I dont think I can fly outside the Us. not sure.. But the pass book was hundreds of dollars so I got the card. it does not list my address on the card its interesting. I has to know my dad';s birthday and bureau of birth in Ny my borough of birth in Ny city but not my mothers borough. which I did not know. That helped a lot.
