If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit. After you decide what you want to work on you show up daily and post how you did with a "face" that indicates how the previous day went. YOU CAN START ANY DAY OF THIS CHALLENGE! My goal is Tracking π: π½οΈ Tracking every BLT πΆββοΈ Tracking every activity minute -> increased fitness is the goal (not much to track but track, I did ) βοΈ Track my weight daily <156.8> no rhyme nor reason to the weight...on program and within points/calories and a 2+ pound gain...let's see what happens tomorrow with HUGE over-point lunch with pizza and fries! π Do something nice for myself or someone else went shopping with my husband for HIM

We're getting our first flurries here.
I had my monthly spine doc appt yesterday. I'm getting a thoracic epidural to help with the pain either on the 7th or the 17th. I had another good day but, I opted to skip the machines again. I tracked everything, got in my water, my fruits and veg, and continued with the new skin care routine. lol I even managed a 20 minute nap!
