Time again to sign up for the new thread which will go from December 6 through January 16.
Challengers: Cherryt38/Cherry — Exercise of some kind every day cathygeha/Cathy — OP eating and 10 minutes activity every day jasimons/Judy – Stretching, at least 10 minutes per day Holly Gail/Holly — Maintain lifetime at goal status bmazzo/Beverly — Weigh regularly and try to move more jalibmu /Jan — adding more fruits and veggies into my meals
Anyone want to change their goal? Does anyone want a certain week or a week you can't host?
Again, I'll take the first week unless someone else prefers that week

A change for me please - 5 to 10 minutes of mindfulness/contemplation each day
(this part doesn't need to be in the list, but my intention is to think about the past day, contemplate the upcoming day. Write or simply think...will see how it goes. I have been feeling "scattered" lately.)

bmazzo/Beverly New goal: To make it through the next 6 weeks without gaining an ounce. Guess we could call it "Mindful Holiday eating". Thanks for starting us up again Cherry, I can do any week, but prefer the end.
