If you have wondered what this challenge is all about it has to do with making a change and focusing on that change for 100 days. It can be related to anything YOU want to work on: weight loss, exercise, housekeeping, reading, practicing, organizing...the sky is the limit. After you decide what you want to work on you show up daily and post how you did with a "face" that indicates how the previous day went. YOU CAN START ANY DAY OF THIS CHALLENGE! We would love to have you with us! ~ Dates for this challenge: November 20 ~ February 28 Further information about the challenge: Focused Intention Begins with a question/hypothesis Commitment to a goal Etc If you are interested here are a couple of websites to check out: www.gongfuacademy.com/100-day-gong.htmlcathygeha/Cathy starchild68/Carol luvvinlife/GisΓ©lle klf722/Karen ladyloser68/Nancy doordie50/Pam

Hi everyone! Sorry I've been MIA. No excuses but a ton of stuff going on. Medical, dental, and life! Goals:
To track what I'm eating - starting today! To get my steps daily - the minimum set by WW which is 1200 more than what mine was. To stay on top of medical concerns and appointments - not really an issue; just needs fine tuning and more depth. To hydrate adequately. To get good quality sleep.
These are the basics. I felt better a while back when avoiding gluten & dairy. Then I got a dx of osteoporosis and went back to dairy. I have upcoming dr's appts and I plan to investigate dietary issues more specifically. I have a new primary and an appointment in ~2 weeks. Lots of medical appointments this month and I still have 2 cookie doughs to make. Once all are done and in the freezer I have to start baking. We had Thanksgiving here and my daughter remained until Monday morning which was a gift. I started extensive dental work and am bruised and still swollen and not done. All should be complete by Christmas he says. I saw my grandsons before & after Thanksgiving on both ends of their trip. I live really close to JFK airport so they used us to go & return. It was a bonus. They want me to visit soon but it will be difficult. I always go for the New Year which is my son's birthday, and plan to this year as well. And maybe the weekend of the 11th. I sense they want more than I can give which makes me sad that I can't, but I need to look at what's in my best interest right now and going forward.
Cathy I love your pic! And great goals. Looking forward to catching up with everyone!

more leaf wrangling and a short walk fruits/veggies/water - good but, could be better tracked gave myself an at-home facial. lol just a mask
I'm still not making enough time for the Total Gym routine. There's nothing I can do when my back is bad but, when I can, it always seems to go to the bottom of the busy list. I have to figure out a way to make that a major priority.
cathygeha , Cathy congrats on 3 for 3! Your plan to increase over time sounds great. Love all the smiley faces. klf722 Hi Karen! So glad you were able to spend time with family over Thanksgiving. It's such a busy time of year. I hope all goes well the medical appointments and that you'll be thrilled with the results of all the dental work. Great list of goals and great to see you here. starchild68 Carol WTG with your decluttering goals. I love a good museum adventure - so glad you enjoyed yours. Glad you were able to get into the Christmas spirit. Understandably, it can be elusive sometimes. *waves to GisΓ©lle and Nancy
