Winter holidays are upon us . This challenge takes place Until January 2. I think e should shoot to maintain.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here.

I am getting 2 pairs of 2 one for each k nee a soft brace with which I hope fits size large on Amazon so I can walk on treadmill. Mu knees hurt so much the O feel; need these.. I afforded them. My case manager forgot the medication she was bringing for a week so she will be back soon. At the top of th next hour 3pm central time a nice resident friends lf Scott and me we are going to Portillos the Chicago restaurant is now on the west side. I give up today to start over. I shop tomorrow and will try to get wheat bagels that bagels forever makes in Madison which are smaller bagels with 4 having 20 grams fiber and my food club peanut butter 8 tablespoons have 8 grams fiber . I get the recommended for women. I want to pay Discover off by August. Then the only credit card left is one my lawyer got to stop bothering me I could call them and pay a little each month if they let me. I don't have that card anymor. I go for my new hair place near where my new doctor will be about less than 1 mile away. next month. Then I will write a check to give to my case manager each month too send to the hair place for a March appointment. after the January. I will take out 6 dollars a month and give 20 percent tip to the 60 that will be used in March. I have3 72 60 for haircut and 12 dollars for tip. for this January 4 or January 5 appointment. I hope my case manager will do that for me. I dont want to use the money up and not have enough for the hair cut in Marh. I want to go every other month starting in January. It has been 4 or 5 months since my last hair cut.

I can rinse the knee braces in the sink with cold water. t got good reviews just dont know if I got the right size for me. The material isa not hard so I dont think it will dig in . But I dont want it to unravel.

I am going to eat 28 points I put myself on maintenance . I get 30. I am eating 8 packets of quaker high fiber oatmeal 1200 calories. I want to pay offf my credit card by August. This is the easiest thing to do since I spend money on diet soda too. I can save money then starting in September. My brother is helping me in the meantime. I want to save money from. September to November before my rent changes in December 2022. I go shopping today and can buy more high fiber oatmeal. may ask the food pantry to delivery fruit and vegetables to me Saturday as they do some other older people here. I go to dentist next week. Last night Scott and I and Jen went out to eat. at a restaurant that opened Portillos that came from Chicago originally. It is like a fas food -place with higher prices. I had a char broiled hamburger and fries and Diet Coke. Scott had Italian beef and Jen had 2 hot dogs≥ Jen is taking Scott and me to a birthday place for his birthday which is January 1 December 31. But a Wisconsin Badger bowl game is 930prm the night before. I don't want to go down to the community room and watch it.

I made whole wheat spaghetti AND HAVING non fat pasta sauce tomorrow. I am also having 1 packet of oatmeal high fiber. I am going to WW just to weigh in tomorrow. I may have gained a lot. I will go back with barb each week starting January 7. I just have to check in tomorrow for December. u an oaten Babs tracking so I don't want to have to pay both for her and me.

just going to WI at WW. a cab is taking me to WI and come home. Vanessa is coming 845. And I am going 745 am. this is my December WI. Then Barb and I will go to WW each week starting January 7. I am paying for her tracking. I track for free if I go at least once a month and WI≥ I ate for breakfast 1 bagel and 2 tablespoons for breakfast That was 12 points. Then for 0 points I am eat9ing whole wheat pasta and whole foods nonfat pasta sauce the rest of the day. I may eat 1/2 cup of ice cream not sure. Scott is having surgery he wants to have February 2. He is happy. That means he may be able to come to New York state. with me to visit my brother Michael. that would b e so wonderful. I am going to try to walk on the treadmill today for five minutes. Wednesday I may buy red delicious apples and more whole wheat spaghetti and sauce. And more diet soda. I froze some of the bagels bought. If I eat 1 a day with the 2 halves and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter that is good. I may add a packet of oatmeal if I can f9ind the 1 cup measure to put that much water in the bowl.

I lost my pass port card. I am eating for my birth certificate to come back. if not I will call New York state to get another one. And next month get a new passport card.

I am drinking crystal light and traceed it 8 pitchers 40 x 8 for each thing I pour in a pitcher. it is 3 points. That is the only wa I xan get off diet soda and buy crystal. And that acidity along with tomato sauce gives me guard. So I am eating high fiber quaker oatmeal 8 packet s which ia package a day which is 1200 calories. I am getting some Monday I used my food share to get oatmeal Monday. Then when we shop I can get 7 packs a week. and buy 4 bags of crystal light 16 pitchers work for 7 days of n8 each. I am g4etting 7 bags from the grocery store I shop at which I paid with my Discover card. I paid my Discover card back tonight for the birth certificates and the lemonade. Scott made a trip to the Credit union this morning to put 82 dollars in the Credit Union. That way I can afford the lemonade and 2 birth certificates to be delivered January 28. I lost my passport card. But they still have not sent me back my birth certificate yet. I want that back. If I don't get that back. I will save money to get a new passport card and book and book an appointment at the end of January or early February . I will have 2 birth certificates tenor 3 if mine comes back. This way I can afford to lose a second birth certificate and have one left. New York City here I was born charged me 15 a certificate . The I was charge by the company doing it 8.33 It was fair I guess. if I was in NYC I could have made an appointment but alas in Wisconsin. I can not spend anymore in December for anything on Discover or with my debit card. On January 3 thru September Iu will pay that card back.

I am saving money in January to get the passport card take the picture at the post office and pay the post office there. I hope to have enough for a passport book and card but if not just a card.
