How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the entire month.

I walked 20 laps around the house (a bit over 2 miles) and it took 51 minutes. Felt like I was plodding but got it done. Will walk this morning, too. The only thing I am seeing is that with the summer and increased heat and walking time I might have to cover up with long sleeved shirt and start wearing a hat since I took on quite a bit of sun yesterday and it showed in the color of my skin...
so...

Yeah summer is just a dream here although next week might actually warm up to spring temps and even maybe a 70deg deg in the mix. Walked 60' yesterday and biked 70'.
