120. You would have to eat two quarts of plain popcorn to get the calories in 20 potato chips. Eight ounces of potato chips contain as much fat and sodium as most people should eat in an entire day. By substituting one cup of plain, unbuttered popcorn for a oneยญ ounce bag of potato chips, you save 135 calories and 10 grams of fat. Plain popcorn is virtually fatยญfree.

I used to have popcorn as an afternoon snack. Might need to get the air popper back out and start doing so again. As for the tobasco...found a new one I like that is "habanero" and tastier than plain...using it a lot recently

Nice not sure I have tried the Habanero Tabasco. Regular is very much in the Louisiana Style i.e vinegary by choice. I often eat air popped popcorn even daily for an afternoon snack. I spritz/spray a bit of olive oil on it for the seasoning salt to stick. LIght and tasty.

Now I want popcorn! I will look for one I can buy that would be a healthy choice. I don't like the microwave ones and don't have an air popper.
