Good morning! Welcome PurpleTomato! I hope you'll join us regularly! Mo, I hear you sister! I'm tired of avoiding pictures, feeling tired doing routine stuff and feeling like a blob! We can get this weight off, and it's happening this coming year! My birthday is in June, and a perfect gift would be to fit into my favorite clothes. So what is everyone's plans for the next few days? I will be finishing up the decorating, wrapping, etc this morning and starting on food Amy, I'm glad you have a case manager that you like and that will help with budgeting. And that the new agency is making sure the next person is boosted. Good for you planning to eat better tomorrow! I plan to indulge BUT will also plan on getting my 5 fruits and veggies in!

So I've been so hassled, I haven't gotten to the gym yesterday and the day before. But I will starting Sunday. And I will do 1/2 mile walks on my TM, which is conveniently located in my kitchen, throughout the day between batches of cooking and cleaning and decorating!

Hi all Merry Christmas all. Its a bad day to start a new eating plan but I am. whole wheat spaghetti natural yeast and non fat pasta sauce. But I am staying with family care my public Mco. I may try to ge4t another delivery service that does vegetarian meals for people on median waiver. The food pant is delivering once a week to people over 60 . I pick what I want each week. I picked oranges and fresh carrots .I get paper towels and toilet paper too. One each each week. last week I got ate bulbs a package. I vow for the new year to pay off my credit cards by December 2022. I am paying off the last 2 cards one is closed but paying it off. My last 2 payments will be in November 202. At that point in December my rent changes. I hope to pay that myself. And just get help with my trust with Union cab and maybe my utility. I am getting help now with rent utility and cab and 2 books of para transit a month. My case manager and I will budget. my increase in SSA will allow me to pay off those credit cards. My brother adds a little to one that I am paying off.

We are going to the community room where someone is making ham. Scott and I made corn in the microwave with a microwave steamer some frozen corn I got from the pantry. Russ is going to take me shopping next Wednesday with Scott. I got Russ a gift card for Christmas from that store. Russ is going to retire in August of 2022. I would rather change meals on wheels for another delivery service . I hope my public MCO will call them.

oh I was stuffed yesterday. I am eating 8 packets of oatmeal I decided.. that is 1200 calories. and high fiber.

Scott comes in the morning with potato chips cannot take it. Then we order wings and cinnamon buns. I will start tomorrow have a stomach ache. I amnestying going to eat applesauce and high fiber oatmeal and the fruit from meals on wheels. and an orange I got from pantry. For now on just ordering fresh fruit from pantry and then goods like paper towle3ls and toilet paper. I am unsure about anything else. I may get oranges/grapefruits don't like grapefruits. the.cereal is 28 points. 1200 calories.
