This thread was started before the dawn of time by Amazons who needed to compare their stats with other Amazons. Over time it grew into a community of incredible women who try to keep their spirits in the clouds and their feet on the ground, moving toward health. Most of us start at 5'7 and go up from there, from young singles to wise and lively elders of the tribe. We welcome newcomers who are willing to be kind and share a bit of their lives.

"What's new?" asked T coyly. "Any big doings among our friends? Anybody have anything interesting to report?" For me, the best I can say -- and it is pretty good -- is that a cold front blew through and left us with a crisp 45 degree wake up call, so refreshing when we are about to climb into near triple digits in May. I also worked hard in the yard yesterday, planting herbs and getting my summer pots ready. I bought some flats of summer flowers and caladiums, which got nicely drenched in the rain. More yard work ahead today; it will warm up but remain a good day to be working outside. This is my last weekend to breathe before the final onslaught. Nineteen papers hit my desk tomorrow, and I am expected to be at work at least one day per weekend after that for one thing or another. Frieda, when are the kids done with their school year? Do they go past Memorial Day? I will text you my starter for the next Blue Dot challenge. It's about the same as the last one.

All is right in my Cat world when T starts the day and when Linda finishes the day with her escapades. Wasn't it the ladies of the night class she wanted to take? Nothing too exciting here. I am going out for lunch with the DD's and hoping to hit either a museum or an upscale bowling alley. We need to do SOMETHING. Too many weekends of them watching netflix or their laying around. I actually need to crack the whip. Their rooms are atrocious etc. I'm always busy around the house and could use some help. Last day is June 2. I ended up having some unplanned sweets yesterday that put me over in my daily points yesterday. I knew better, but I couldn't stop myself at the time. T: Will you please try and check in with us even though your schedule is intense? I know when you check in with us, even occasionally, you stay on track better! Tomorrow is May 1. It looks like a long month, and I know for one I don't want to weigh the same come month's end. So I think I should make some goals or track things on a monthly calendar. What I really need to do is state my goal every morning to keep it focused and fresh in my mind! Ha T! Yes, inquiring minds should head to the clubhouse this morning for a wee bit of news!
I'll report my final WI tomorrow Frieda, and do count me in for the May challenge! I'm going to do much better this round!
