Do you know how to cancel on an iPhone?
I open settings and then tap my name, subscriptions and find ITB but how do I cancel?
Mine renews soon and tbh I hardly opened it. I was going to quit weight watchers and go there never did and now I’m liking the program.

dar1965 when you do this "I open settings and then tap my name, subscriptions and find ITB" And then when you click on Healthi, what happens? If anything It *should* open up and give you options. Also how did you sign up for it, do you remember if it was through the website or through the app?

ginnpr, What do you mean being able to switch? Being able to switch your zero-point foods?

Yes - you can just keep taking the assessment over and over to make it something you like - there is no structure anymore!

bbbearsmom, I made mine as close to Green as I could get it and have left it like that. I'm not a big fan of zero-point foods although I like my zero-point fruit.

Yes - you can just keep taking the assessment over and over to make it something you like - there is no structure anymore! To me it seems that there is structure if you answer it honestly and then just go with what you're given. I don't see the point in playing with it over and over again (then again I am somewhat lazy on that front and favor simplicity, so there is that). I answered mine honestly with what I thought I would eat (a lot of chicken and corn) but find I actually don't eat as much of either as I thought I did. Still, I left it as is since I'm not interested in going back to retake the assessment multiple times and just know in my head that I probably have a few less points that will get eaten in reality and just allow my numbers to go in the red some weeks. I know for some people that it does help to be able to take the assessment differently from week to week or month to month if their regular foods that they intake change seasonally. For me though, seems to have plenty of structure. I can't eat cake and chocolate truffles and french fries regularly or I'll blow through my points and never lose a thing so for me that's a sufficient amount of structure. I think I had a 50 point meal the other week (my exhusband and I went out to a French restaurant just for the heck of it one day when the kids were at school and I had quiche, split the pommes frites with him, had 2 glasses champagne and split a small raspberry tarte with him). Reigning it in the rest of the week due to the structure of the plan (not wanting to go severely in the red that week) allowed me to still have a very small loss that week.

dar1965, sorry Dar I meant did you sign up on the website or through the app store, however you signed up for it is how you need to cancel it. (In other words where did the link in the email take you to if you remember.) I can't really figure out why you aren't able to click on "Healhi" under subscriptions and able to cancel from there. Do you have any other subscriptions there, can you click on any of them?

No. I don’t, I even asked my son to help, he agrees I have pro but no place to cancel it.
He is an iPhone user from the get go, I’m new to iPhones I have 3 months to figure this out. Lol
Thanks for helping

dar1965, I would contact support. Every time I have contacted them they have been in touch within 24 hours. They were always very helpful.

dar1965, Dar, you need to cancel through apple store or if on android google play. It is not something inside the healthi app, but rather on your platform store How to cancel a subscription on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch Open the Settings app. Tap your name. Tap Subscriptions. iPhone showing the Subscriptions menu option in Settings. Tap the subscription that you want to manage. Don't see the subscription that you're looking for? Tap Cancel Subscription. (Or if you want to cancel Apple One but keep some subscriptions, tap Choose Individual Services.) If you don’t see Cancel, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew. let me know if you have solved the issue...
