S - Usual coffee B - BLT w/cheese on 647 multigrain L - RF veggie cream cheese and smoked salmon on a lite em with capers, arugula side salad with evoo/lemon D - TBD - I'm thinking pizza since the only other thing on the agenda this week is happy hour Saturday afternoon for the Raiders game E - 30 minutes spin/25 minutes weights
