Lucy, I read that about masks too plus the ones made in China aren't as good as the ones made in the U.S. They don't have as good filtering material in them. I told Don I want to buy some. I have only seen the U.S. ones online for sale. The smallest quantity I saw was 20 for $30.00. Guess that comes to a buck & half a piece. Walgreens here have them, but they are made in China.
Connie, your cinnamon muffins sound good. The ones I'm making have a lot of prep work & I can't stand for too long or the sciatica nerve acts up. So, I still haven't got them made. Everything is ready for mixing so I will get at that soon.
Jenny, I was pleased to see your post today. Please do take care of yourself too. Getting back at your wreaths is a positive sign.
Diane, happy you like what I'm doing. We are individuals but I wasn't sure I should do my thing. I know it's impossible to please everyone but I still try in my way. I'm getting a little tired of the history part but not sure what else to do. Maybe before the month is over I'll come up with something.
Shragae, I'm interested in hearing about Tu B'Sh'vat. I did not know about the synagogue in TX. I will pray for the situation at Beth Israel. Why can't people live to together peacefully. My Mom use to say 'live & let live', but in today's world there are people who cannot do that.
Phyl, that's the pits when you lose your post, but don't blame you for not wanting to do it over. We are the real losers. Hope you come back soon with bettter success.
Kathie, thanks for the tuck ins most every night. With your unpredictable schedule, it's not surprising you miss occasionally. Your intentions are there but life does get in the way for all of us sometimes & you have your hands full.
Which makes me think. Today is the 15th. January is slipping by right under our noses. Might be time to start thinking about February themes, but I would prefer to not start taking suggestions till the 19th or 20th. Could go even a little later. I think most of us probably think about names as we think of themes, so 4-5 days should be enough to collect names. The pointed cap I'm wearing is my thinking cap - not a dunce hat nor a witch's hat!!
