Amy you are one busy woman!
Jim had cataract surgery on his left eye yesterday and seems to be doing well.He goes tomorrow to get it checked. We need to find out when he can go to get a new glasses prescription . I read that you need to wait 30 days.
I have money set aside for it in an FSA that has to be used by the end of March!

Hi all. Scott is feeling better. I asked Russ's sister to open a stable account for him to pay him by check to them so it doesn't affect his rent. If she refuses them I will my old agency and pay them for 2 hours to shop instead. I probably would have even lower rent and higher food share. I pay off my bank loan in. 2 years that paid off my 2 credit cards. they said I could do it in 4 years. I will see iffy brothers trust for me has enough while I pay that off to help with food. Also my other trust pay rent for 2 years mored after this year.

Jim decided to get the cateract removed from his other eye on Feb 16th. The Dr said he would probably have to have it done next year anyway so we figured its better to get it done now while I have my health insurance, we both have medicare and he has tricare--so hopefully all will be covered

Hi all! I've got SO much catching up to do! Thanks all, for keeping the thread going!
I can be a little dense. I was doing okay-ish then just seemed to really lose my motivation. I finally realized I was a little depressed. Duh! So at Christmas Tim and Julie announced they were expecting their first child, and my first grandchild. At that time they were about 14-ish weeks along but there had been some abnormal readings. Then had a checkup after Christmas and all was well. Until the following week, when a heartbeat could no longer be determined. They lost the baby. I feel so bad for them, they're so broken up they can't talk about it.
My sister also had bad news - her best friend had a relapse and passed away from her breast cancer that they had thought was well into remission.
And I couldn't figure why I was struggling to care about anything -and then it occurred to me I was depressed. It's seems so selfish because others are really hurting. It's not about me!
But somehow realizing what's happening has helped me to get back on track although I still feel so sad for Timmy, Julie and Delores.
