Hello its March Madness. We have good weather than bad weather. Let us prevail. Let us try to eat better and get outside a bit:
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here.

Hi al;. Nopone set up as March thread so I did. scott and I are going to visit my family going the night of April 22 and coming back the evening of April 25. MY 2 brothers got Scott and I a room at the Holiday Inn near my brother Michael;s home. His living room ceiling fell down. so hopefully it will be good weahter and then we can eat outside or in the dining room and kitchen part of the house.

I cat sleep. i tried the bargued chicken and green beans dinner from MOMs delivery I got yesterday. I go to WW today.. I know I gained a lot of weight. I go once a month. I want to lose weight to go to school but have trouble controlling my eating now.

Scott and I are going to NY Ap[ril 22 PM and returning april 25 PM Barb a neighbor here will drive use there andx back. Scott will give her 20 onbe way and i will give her 20 the way back. that will help alot .I gave away the other meals. I wil get 7 on Thursday tuan casserole with roll and gelatin. And it doesnt have mushrooms which I do not liuke. I will get 7 a week which is nice. i gave awy the dinners to Barb. Scott put the information on her door. I banged my bad knee against her car getting out at Weight Watchers. So we weighed and left. she took me to Credit Union to deposit some money so I dont go under 20 this month. I paid down the loan this month not the interest. Now I have an amount i can afford for the next 8 months that will allow me to pay it off in November I have piad my rent though Novembe rand the utility. So My Wisconsin trust does not have a lot of money so I will ask them to pay 12 months of my utitiies nexty year. DVR ias calling me. next year my clinic I go to have pharmacy tech trainiong for 18 weeks. If you work forthem for two years they pay for the training. But I am going to ask DVR to pay for Pharmacy tech training. I would like to work for thmental health pharmacy Geona aqs a tech part time

Two positive things I will do this week: -continue with no sugar&sweets -check in here regularly Hello! So I gave up sweets for lent and had a huge drop in weight -although part of that is because I had a huge increase last week. I was quite a piggy last week when I was on the antibiotic which contributed to my over eating. But so does too much sugar! Amy, I'm sorry about your leg! I hope you haven't seriously injured it again! Did you mean you are driving all the way to New York City? How long would that take?! I have a buttload of catching up to do on all the posts! Brenda, is your knee feeling any better? How are you doing Mo? I've been pretty good about my exercise but did slip up a little this week with weight lifting. I'll have to do better this coming week.

Nol Scott and I are flying into laguardia direct at night.. We will leave April 22 and coming back April 25 W34 will be in the Holiday Inn I have not eaten well today. I will throow out the potatoe chips and oatmeal cookies.; I am goint to eat whol wheat spaghetti as soon as i can get sauce.

Debbie, not doing good with the knees. I am seeing a specialist on Friday. I should do weights.
Mo, how are you doing?
I miss you ladies. I’ve been so bad about checking in and I know it helps me to do so. My weight is up a little bit couple pounds or so. But I was told by the doctor this week that I need to lose weight which was no surprise there. So I’m trying.

Good Morning Everyoone
The baby is supposed to come today! Carol is having a C section. Her scheduled time to be there is noon.
I am doing 50 /50 --some days I am really good with choices and others..... so today will be a positive day.
Jims birthday is St Patricks Day so we are going to Charles Town West Va to the casino. We are excited because the weather looks like it is going to be fantastic. It takes about 2 1/2 hrs to get there from Johnstown Pa.

Brenda my Dr expects me to lose weight before I see her again. I am not doing a good job of that.
Deb, any walks we can do together in the fall? Maybe we can meet halfway again
