After looking through some of these recipes, I realize I've been basically eating the Core Way without even knowing I was doing that. That program came before I started WW so I never knew what it meant.
Thanks to the OP and contributors for these! I remember Heather's recipes being popular during my Core Plan days - OMG! 15 years ago. I did great on the Core plan going from 168 lb to 138 lb and feeling really good during it. My hubby even lost 10 lb just from eating the dinners I prepared and their leftovers for his lunch the next day.
Current daily goals I try not to exceed (at least by much):
1,240 calories, 155 g total carbs (25 g fiber), 41 g fat (14 g saturated fat), 63 g or more protein
My main goals are to get back into my normal BMI range, lower my cholesterol, and maintain my other normal blood levels.
