cathygeha oh my goodness, your recipe collection is amazing. There are so many good recipes I want to try; more than enough for a whole year! Thank you so much for sharing with all of us. After looking through some of these recipes, I realize I've been basically eating the Core Way without even knowing I was doing that. That program came before I started WW so I never knew what it meant. Thanks again, Cathy!

Thanks to the OP and contributors for these! I remember Heather's recipes being popular during my Core Plan days - OMG! 15 years ago. I did great on the Core plan going from 168 lb to 138 lb and feeling really good during it. My hubby even lost 10 lb just from eating the dinners I prepared and their leftovers for his lunch the next day.

Hi! I also did so well On Core about 15 years ago...or more? And I need it now! I found this group looking for info about Core. And I remember Heather’s recipes!
There was a crockpot lasagna Core recipe that was SO awesome. Anybody have that?? I thought it might have been a Heather recipe, but maybe not.
I want to do this Core plan again bc I felt so good on it and ate so freely.

Not sure if you are on Facebook or not BUT there is a group that uses Healthi (used to be I Track Bites) app to track the old Core program. Can't remember the name of it but...they do exist, have recipes, and post from time to time.

I found these on Kippy's board in the recipe section:

Does anyone remember an old core recipe for a casserole that used cooked brown rice, peas, rotisserie chicken breast, mayonnaise and soy sauce? Sounds weird, but it was really pretty tasty. I can’t find my copy of it from years ago. Thanks to all who posted the recipes…. Lost almost 100 lbs following the old core program and wish they’d have kept it.

I didn't find it on Kippy's board so googled and found some that might need to be adapted but:
