Winter is here!! We have 6 days to January 1,2017. The week before is enough time to develop new goals and approaches for goals with exercise and healthy eating. Whether gym at home or outside we can exercise and see the benefits by New Years day. Tracking our healthy eating helps us lose weight.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can walk/jog/run or combo, cycling, spinning, swimming, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you Can set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday thru Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins (WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here!
This challenge runs from September 2 to New Year's Day.

Good morning. Feels weird like ab Monday but holiday, I ate too much yesterday IHOP PANCAKES THE RESTof my ice-cream. However my cleaner comes in 2 1/2 hours..And it is a mess. I may try to lie down had oatmeal and diet cocoa.
