I spent time trying to get Amazon to our the refund back on my card. it is really hard to get them to do that . but I called the amazon card that I asked them that today. it makes a different because I can half what I need to pay next month to pay off Amazon it makes a diffence then. I meet with my DVR counselor Monday. I hope she will agree to make accounting assistant my work goal. I need a concrete skill.Since I am learning disabled I need 2 years to do the one year program. the fall will be hard in that have 4 classes 2 on campus but each of those once a week at night. One of two online classesThursday mornings. And also the other online class hasn't yet started talked about when they meet online during the week. I asked to borrow a laptop from the library . I told them I have to fit in in my walker. I change insurance June 1 for everything. I have my old team back. I like that They will I've me hot meal once day then. My case manger for my mental health got Covid. she was too young be boosted. My f order case manager the head of the community support program came instead. I hope I hope Alex gets better. my good fried Imet at WW along time ago is moving in the first week of June. so happy.

Hi yes my pantry delivery is tomorrow. I get fruit and vegetables. And I called a number for an application to get vouchers for farmers markets for older people too. also am getting a hot meal I can mike each day starting next Thursday. I decided nt to go to school. there were late night classes far away from where I live 8in a dangerous area not for me. Scott cleaned my apartment . Lori my manger for my public eco called an agency who is coming Monday to do an assessment. Scott cleaned my apartment today. He also got ht recycling out and the garbage out. We shop Tuesday and I will get 3 lean cuisines with deserts. Then I will start the hot meals Friday thru Thursday and get them Thursday again. I like the lasagna because ei get an oatmeal like desert. But Lori said try the tuna fish too and that hs some vegetables in it too. I am so lucky to have my team again. I got a card from the folks who refused to help me I my home. I have some money I can go to pic n save or metro market as they call unit. and some money to get over the counter vitamins too. I may go there this weekend. U n glad I g=bought a new printer. I hope Alex is better from Covid. she was not allowedd to get a second booster cause below 50. Russ is getting a SIM card for a government phone that Sc0tt and I have. instead of eyeing for his phone once he gets that done I will give him a check each month for what I paid for the phone. I can use that as a medical deduction. Russ is 66 and can retire din 4 months I think September or October. dsHis phone number is his landline phone so he may either change that number or else get rid of his landline. I use my landline for my fax machine. I use to send a copy of my id each year to get an absentee ballot. my friend who iI et a long time ago is moving in on the eight floor where Scott has his apartment. Scott and I peeked. in. she has beautiful vinyl but look wooden floors. Her Kitchen and bathroom were redone. But the refrigerator and oven are in the hallway refrigerator plugged in. Scott and I emailed her that she. needs n air-condition a sleeve in the wall you put the air conditioner only in the living room. That's why Scott and I sleep in the living room. Theis Sunday my broken portable washing machine is being picked up by the city Monday. So we have a flat bed cart put out by mangement and Scott will take that out Sunday. You have to. arrange with the City and paysome money fo ascertain th9ngs like the washing machine. That will open up more ion the bedroom where have storage for things. we really fixed up the living room too. I have one laptop out plugged into one printer and a copier that I can use without a printer.

Good morning! I finally got some exercise! So far walked 4 miles on the TM. I'm also signed up for a spinning class this evening. I expect to be very embarrassed. But not as bad as yesterday. We had a volunteer band event. I haven't wore my kilt in over 2 years (not since the start of pandemic). I simply doesn't fit. Susan had to dig out some safety pins from her car (leftover from some race) and attempt to pi my kilt together because the straps weren't close to meeting. Talk about humiliating! So I'm actually really keeping tabs on my potion sizes (what a concept ). It's extra tough this week because I have my 10 year colonoscopy scheduled for Friday so on a low residue diet -which it the opposite of how I eat! Arg! So I signed up for the spinning class tonight -at least the instructor is a friend of mine. She's subbing for Wednesday's class so I've signed up for that one too. I'm so embarrassed!

Hello --yes another person who has been MIA
I did pretty good today--actually took my lunch to work.
Its been rough at work . I am training someone that I had already worked with but now she has to be off a full week with family stuff(grandma has to watch her granddaughter since mom and dad have a new baby but are still at the hospital due to a C-section they were not expecting.
Fortunately I can work overtime at home to get some of it done so I wont go crazy lol

Hi Mo! WTG packing your own lunch! Does that mean you have to do the work of your trainee while she's out this week?
I survived yesterday's workouts. My first spinning class in about a year! I lifted weights too and did 10 minutes on the rowing machine. I completed the class but man on man, was I dead tired! It was kinda strange, I didn't recognize anyone in the class except the instructor. I'm signed up for Wednesday class, hope I make it. I got 3 calls last night (this is my on call week), I am so tired! First call was around 10:00pm just as I was going to bed. Then again at 1:00am and again at 3:00am!! I was going to go to the gym near my house (I have two memberships for different gyms) and just row for 15-20 minutes, to keep the routine going, but I was just too exhausted.

Yes I do my co-workers work and then some. I really do enjoy my job because my supervisor is pretty much hands-off unless the company has a big issue as a whole. At the end of the month, we are going up to Niagara Falls. One day in Canada and 2 days on the American side of the falls. I am off the whole week though.

I weighed myself and gained to 213. I am trying to drink one or 2 diet sodas and more water. I fill pitchers last night on the top of my kitchen refrigerator. I hd one diet soda this morning I am eating Whole Foods frozen brown rice and tuna fish. I use 3 5 oz cans a day. And Whole Foods frozen rice which I warm up in a microwave rice cooker and no water and it takes 8 minutes. I am trying to eat lots of fruit. I. have cherries I bought last week I will eat a lot today. I hope to buy more fruit when I shop again. My old public MCO found an agency to do 6 days a week. 3 hours Sunday nd Monday. 2.5 hours a day each week day morning. On Sunday and Monday 1-4 each day. The co-owner is coming Monday. . I will try to get him to allow us to shop Tuesday and then I will go with Russ to Whole Foods for the brown rice.
