Good morning to all, and I hope your holiday was wonderful, and still are if you still celebrate. I had a nice day enjoying DS' company and then seeing the whole family together, from eldest senior to youngest baby. Indulged, enjoyed, and am ready to get back on track.
Daily Affirmation - I love my family.
Fitness Report - ho ho ho? You're kidding, right?
Health Goal - clean my space, balance out yesterday's indulgences and get in some activity today.
Gratitude - having a fun day with family.

Good afternoon, Angels: Happy holidays. Pat, thank you for starting us up today. Two days of indulgences and I'm ready to eat some healthy food and a LOT less sugar. (I do love Christmas cookies! ) Now that the holiday has passed, I am attempting some R&R. It's nice to just sit back, relax, and enjoy the Christmas tree, read a little, maybe listen to/do some new guided meditations. And all the other things I don't take time to do on a regular basis. Daily Affirmation - I need and look forward to giving myself some "me" time. Fitness Report - ho ho ho Health Goal - relieve my body of its sugar shock and eat healthy. Gratitude - Time spent with family on the holiday. Suzanne

Hello, Angels and thanks for getting us started today, Pat! And I second your getting back on track! Pat, how lovely that all generations of your family shared Christmas together. If picking up a fork and putting it to your mouth counts as fitness, I did well yesterday! LOL Enjoy your day! Suzanne, I'm with you on healthy eats today! I hope you have a wonderful day of "me" time. So sorry about the loss of your sister and did not realize that her passing was so recent. Sometimes the best we can do is fill the void with our happiest memories of those dear ones we miss. {{{hugs}}} The weekend was a whirlwind of fun with fella's birthday on Saturday and Christmas yesterday. We had small family gatherings both days with good food, conversation, and lots of laughter. Joyful! Daily Affirmation - I honor my body's need for healthy nutrition. Fitness Report - Solo and dog walks done already. BTW, I love my new fitness tracker, a gift from "Santa"! Health Goal - At least one serving of vegetables, any will do! Gratitude - Peace and harmony within my home and family. Have a great day, everyone!
