Iโm going to try and check in more often this month. I canโt think of any challenges for the month. Maybe get in more waters for me and weight exercises every other day.

I am eating only edamame and peas not fruit I am pre diabetic and I put in deiabet and it showed no fruit . But peas and edamame are high in protein. I get them from the pantry. I got rid of all my other stuff that they brought from pantry. Scott threw it out We brought the printer that did not print back to UPS store. I paid for them to box it. I don't have to go back to WW till July. I am leaving my public eco and going with straight Medicaid a nd Medicare. There is no preauthorization fo Medicare to do knee blacks and ablations. I have the number . I=So I will pick the long term program where you iuse you Medicare and Medicaid. Alsthe public Mco is not paying for my medication with Medicare. So I am I am leaving. Scott and Russ brought me to Ups. And Scott lifted the printer for me. I had util June 5 to bring it to the U{S store. So I am glad we did it today. then I took money the month to eat and buy products. I hope ge my former agency before January 2022 with iris I could get probably 6 or 7 hours. a week. But that's okay.
