I am more determined as ever, I m eating either peas with tuna fish or edamame with tuna fish. 3 cups peas or edamame and 3 5 oz cans of tuna fish.

I am thankful I have 2 meeting Saturday and 2 meetings Friday l like the leader i am going every week Friday. if my friend comes then I will go later. if not, I will go earlier for the 830 meeting where I leave at 745am. I want a new doctor July 1 if all works out. I can get a women doctor there. And also get my blood tests there. And x-rays there and I can have a podiatrist which I badly need. And there is a disabled entrance now where you can go in in the parking lot. Then i would leave 9:05 to go home. i really want to exercise. the out= patient surgery center called me and they got the person who deal with the payments. Apparently Medicare does not knee p[re authorization for knee blocks and ablations. I AM transferring to a public long term program which uses original Medicare and Medicaid. i get a budget based on my functional screen for thinbgs things we agree on. RAH the former agency I had would be about at their price 6 hours a week. i am making sure I get 2 hours a week if the long term program start.to that agency starting in July for 4 months for 2 hours of work a week a month. but I will ask my Wiscnos\in trust to send to stable. after October. I am happy eating 6 meals 3 cups peas 1/2 cups 6 times. 6 half cups applesauce which I have for desert and 3 cans of tuan half a can for 6 meals. i will lose weight with this. And counting points for fruit

I am getting an HP desk jet with ink tomorrow. I sent my other printer back to Amazon. They have it on a gift card which I asked to go to original payment my amazon card. if they do that then I can pay the computer off in July with 60 dollars w2ith that. or else if they fail, I will have to pay the additional money in 2 months. Luckily, I had it in 6 payments and I paid 60 already this month. I paid for the printer with my debit card. I paid 5additional dollars to get ink with low prices. So, I have a hp notebook and a 13-inch apple prod I paid the entire thing off this month.My former apple I brought to the apple store and they said it would cost 750 to fix it. i bought 2 computers with cd drives both for 744. One paid off and another without inter will be paid by August or July.

I go to an early morning Friday meeting too. I weighed 213 today. My goal is to be below 200 by September if possible and lose in 7 more months lose 50pounds. So I hope to lose 63 pounds by my 69th birthday in April. I can not afford cable television or utube tv. I have Roku and I have antenna on my tv. I have to pay f vaccumm cleaner that is coming by September. I hope to pay that it has't shipped. i have to pay for some more bras I bought in 2 sizes 2 each in 2 sizes. The vacuum and bras haven't shipped. I have to pay for an antenna for my second tv that I charged and a roku. I will do that in July. If the ink jet does prove expensive to get ink I have to pay for another printer . And I have pay Stable thorugh October the money I took out for an agency that does not have staff for. I am trying . I am going to leave that money for an emergency.

Good morning! So I was a slug yesterday but today I've already walked 1/2 mile on the TM, I will continue to ad half miles throughout the day until I get at least 4 miles completed. And I need to lift weights!

I go to the pain doctor Monday to talk to her. She would do the knee block On July 5 Stacy from Gateway where I go for mentla health got the printer to work but its expensive. Today we shop 3 2 pound bags of pwes and 21 cans of albercole tuna.

I go to WW tomorrow morning every week now the meantime. I shop when Russ gets home. I bought 2 bras that fit. I have to get a soemthing that fits.

I am going to to maybe stay where I am . I get a meal a day that is 560 calories. If I eat a 1 ounce raisins and 3 cans of tuna that would be good. I went on the treadmill for the first time early this morning for 15 minutes. I hang on n and do 1.5 mph. I will try to build. I go to WW this morning . my goal is to be onederland by September . and 50 more pounds by April. I believe if I try to lose weight. and make sure I do at least 1 to 2 hours of walking eventually maybe I won't need the knee blocks. My stamiana is not good. But the only piece of exercise I have to is an apartment size treadmill I go on. That I could go for 15 minus immediately is a good sign. I go t a bra and am getting another at a size that fits me now. Ki gain weight fast there. I go th tv choice from where I pick 15 channels and get the other channels that are free. I use the Roku. I like that a lot. I asked my person at the public eco to pay russ and Scott.

I eat a small box of raisins when I walke up. That I have 4 owls with half a 5 ozcn of tuna and a half of cooked green peas. then I have a Moms lasagna I get 14 every other week for dinner with an oatmeal desert. I like this . I can afford this. and I can lose with this. I did 2 segments yesterday on treadmill 15 minutes each at 1.5mph I hold on dear life. Today Jackie comes for two hours othelp me here. My eco will pay Scott and Russ to shop with me. they have to pass background checks first. I will call Laurie at my eco to hurry along the paperwork see the pain doctor July 5. But meal while I am going to try to do half an hour of exercise twice 15 minute twice a day and see how it feels. I weighed 209.4 at WW But now today I don't. I just had owkuen up and go try ride so I hadn't eaten before I was weight there yesterday.
