I am guessing Melanie is from England but we have members here from all over so maybe someone has this beef curry recipe she is looking for?!

Here are the books it might be in "Feasts from the east recipe book or Spice up your life recipe book," chances are there was an American version of these cookbooks that she might be able to tweak the ingredients.

Sidenote: This made me think of Mike, you know he would have tracked it down for her ❤️

"Many years ago from either the Feasts from the east recipe book or Spice up your life recipe book, there was a lovely recipe for a beef curry. Some of the ingredients were beef & tinned chopped tomatoes, cardamom pods and low fat yoghurt. But I no longer have the book or the complete recipe, does anyone have this book and can send a photo of the full ingredients.

I don't have those books but I'll see if I can find something similar in my WW books.

DebDoesWW, You're right about Mike. I think of him often when I go through my WW books. Sometimes I find notes that I wrote down when he critiqued a recipe.
