Amy, studies show that there is no age limit to building strength through lifting weights - of course the elderly can use a gym!
Mo, I prefer working from home -now that I have a good setup for my laptops and monitors. I especially like not dealing with the traffic! Plus, I work with all men so I'm always an outsider, I don't get the socializing benefits of going into an office everyday.

Hello! So I went to the orthopedic doctor last Friday and got a cortisone shot, for now. It does seem like I need a knee replacement. But I'm really motivated to get this weight off. It's not that my knee hurts a lot, it hurts but nothing I can't handle but I'm really limited in what I can do because my knee is so weak and unstable. So I've decided to try something new -actually watch what I'm eating and how much! Shocking right?

i had had xrays x on my ri rig knee. I was looked at both knees I cant get an replacement on either cause there is a space where cartilegre is though small for both knees not yet bone on bone. Get a mir on my left knee next week. I went shopping today for white tuna fish and brown rice. I think I get the moms meals tomorrow. I have to fill out sheets to stay where I am. inadvertently a letter went out that I was changing. I will fax tomorrow I printed. them Next week I will look for grape crystal light. Meanwhile I ha density that improved in my back because of the infusion I got I will another. But the doctor say she will research why my parathyroid is abnormally high. I take 8 tums a day. She wants me to get another blood test. I see my new primary resident doctor in August. mY DOCTOR is calling my nurse at the community support program where I go for mental health.. It was hard to get a woman doctor but I did. I see the pain doctor at the clinic Monday. She plans a knee block twice and then if that works ablations on both my knees. I want that since ei am not bone on bone for replacement.

Scott Russ and I went shopping today. I needed good food. But I had cheetoes and 3 slices of a pizza we cooked that I bought for both of us. I really want to walk on the

happy Thursday to you too Brenda. I got a rock tv and can watch tv for free . I got an additional same one to replace the one I gave to a neighbor in my bookshelf near my bed. And I have Alea to listen to msnbc and can form utunes. I am switching to anotheR INSURE. I go letters the whop ever wrote them said I would lose Medicaid . So I decided whoever put that letter together I don't wan t to belong. My case manger there did not understand she said the computer put them out. But I told her someone put the letter together than the commute sent to me. She did not understand my point. I get a food card 50 a month nd also get to go to Walgreens to buy stuff over the counter. Scott put the legs on and I picked what I wanted to watch. I love free speech and now I can watch it. I don't have to pay anyone I like . I pay for a phone and also internet but I don't pay a lot. And for that. Who won the Govenror's race have they got all the ballets that can Monday and Tuesday absent.

Amy I LOVE Roku TV. You can add free channels too.
We also cut out satellite TV and now just have streaming. We even found a local news station on a streaming channel--now we just have to find a suitable sports substitute for Jim.
I am also having knee and joint issues but I feel like if I stick to a good plan it will get rid of some of the problem.

Deb I dont know why its so hard to just stick to the basic health stuff like WW used to push.
what were the healthy habits again? I know I am probably missing something....
water avoid sugar and alcohol healthy oil whole grain fruits and vegetables

i got the choice package from spectrum . It is easier to watch because 0on the roku I could not get broadcast channels.

Brenda i heard Wes Moore is the Democratic candidate against a trump guy running against him. Scott gave me Cheetoes as we waited for th mail. I get an MRI Monday on my right knee. i used to get shots of cortisone in both knees but no longer works. I bought another roku tv from Amazon to put in on my desk . I will move the other to the bookshelf in front of my bed.
