Checking in on a weird weather Tuesday. Temp going off track into the 60's just for today. Wind when I woke and light rain now. Should be clear for a good walk after work. Taking bets on how long the post Christmas puff will last. I didn't quite binge just ate very high pointy foods. I was serving chocolate mousse pie on Christmas Eve and a friend asked about WW foods that might be problematic just as I was cutting the pie with a pint of heavy cream. Ahhh...but somebody had to go off the charts eating that lovely pie! So call me puff and stick a fork in me. Right back on track and slowly deflating. Crunches on a piece of fruit! *just ate very high pointy foods* I'd say that description works well for me. It wasn't really the amount, just so many foods not on my normal radar.

Bright and sunny but frost on the car when I left for WI. Celebrating being down a lb after last week's gain. Focusing doing what I know works was true once again. For me tracking works and enables mindful eating. Have a great day everyone. Pam, I love the way you are doing this.

Sunny & what we northerners call warm for December. Unfortunately, it's just for today.
Still haven't put the brakes on the eating yet. I just can't seem to get back on the wagon again.
Curious ... what would u do? I ordered Caruso steam rollers from Amazon. A couple of rollers didn't steam properly the first time I used them and haven't tried since. I wanted to return them so I sent an email to Amazon telling them what was wrong. They emailed me back immediately and said they would credit me the $28 and I didn't have to return the rollers. I could keep, the whole set or donate it or dispose of it. It could have been a fluke that a couple,of rollers didn't work & I feel like I'm stealing something now. Should I tell them to,hold, off crediting my account until I try them again,,,or should I just go with it? (I'm on a one month free trial with Amazon Prime). Honestly, I kind of feel like a thief. Thoughts?

Thoughts? Sulli, I read a wonderful quote once that really stuck with me...it said if we didn't get off the wagon, then we didn't have to figure out how to get back on; I truly think it helped me learn to moderate and not deprive myself. But, I will say, back in the day, if I would just put my head down and get through a couple of days I would be back on track. 👣🤛ðŸ‘

I swear I checked in here this morning...
Still dealing with the post-Christmas "PUFF" (describes it perfectly). I was fine until this afternoon when the munchies set it. Still too much "good" stuff in this house and will be until January 2 with folks bopping in and out. Worked out HARD at the gym today to try to combat the extras.
Maintaining is HARD!!
