Hello! It's NOVEMBER, We have a lot of choices this month. How we choose will decide a lot . Lets eat better and for thoser who can exercise, Try to get some.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can PLAN to walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you PLAN to set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here.
This challenge runs the month of November 2022.

Hi everyone I started the thre4ad for November.r Guess what I decided to go to Schoo net spring taking 2 classes. What I like is one is in person and the other is hybrid. I have money to take one class and the other is no cost. I can save up for another class this summer. I can get the money to pay for the one class . There is a fee for online and then there is a free rental book.

I like this one class is hybrid so I can help with the hard excel class. This is good plus there is s lab I can go to that helps also. the business spreadsheet apps is Tuesday once4 a week in the late morning. Monday and Wednesday there is 4pm to 630 course fr math pre[ for business. I like that very much.

Hello! Thanks for starting us up this month Amy!
Amy, what classes are you planning to take?
I saw the orthopedic surgeon and have scheduled a knee replacement for next month. I'm both scared and excited -scared 'cuz I know it's gonna be painful but excited because I'm finally doing something about the knee. This time next year I'll be walking/jogging!

I decided not to go to school. I may have something to do medically next spring. I am gettiING 2 MOMS MEALS A DA WITH THE NEW PROGRMA I AM GOING TO. WO A KNEE REPLACEMTN NEXT MONTH WOW.

DEB DO YOU HAVE A REHAB CENTER NEAR YOUR UNIVERISTY SYSTEM. I want to a rehab center when my tibia bro9ke and slept there for 9 days really good after surgery.

Hello Everyone
I am doing pretty good this week. My brother and sister-in-law visited over the weekend and we had a good time.
We went to the Flight 93 Memorial site whish is about 30 minutes or so from us. We also went to the Johnstown Flood Memorial. Unfortunately the inclined plane was closed for repairs until next spring. That is pretty cool to ride up the mountain.

I paid all my bills so far I owe. I will get a little more money in my account to pay the rest. I got a cashiers check for rent in December. In December I will get the check for January. I feel this is good because Next November I will find out my higher rent and can plan to save to pay that in November for December.

We pay 30% of our income which for me is SSA to determine rent - medical deductions which I will have some for next July when I have to submit them before August 1.
