Good morning! I've been really busy trying to get all the appointments I need before my surgery and then at work trying to get ahead and train a couple of the guys in one of the tasks I do that gets particularly crazy right before the new year.
Mo, going to the site where the 911 plane went down would make me so sad but I'd still like to go. WTG on your weight loss!
Amy, sorry you won't be taking classes after all but sounds like it's a good decision. I hope you won't have to keep suffering with back pain for long!
I'm into my second week of being more consistent about going to the gym. I made it there last week 5 times for rowing 15 minutes and alternating between arm weights days and leg weights days. I'm hoping that if I got 5-6 days of going to the gym per week established, that I'll keep it going after my knee replacement. Presumably I can still go to the gym and do the arm weight machines initially after the surgery, adding more exercise machines as the PT permits me.

Jo Deb. Going to to WW tomorrow. I have a standing ride to go to WW Fridays. We hop today Russ and with me. I had a good sleep and my back although If I do something a. little really hurts so can't really pick up or stretch for higher objects./ I got anew 8 plus iPhone but hav etc manually enter phone numbers because it wouldn't get the other numbers out of my other one. I will get a SIM card for from Q link for the government phone now without a SIM card. I spectrum brought down the price of the unlimited so I signed up for me. I have to figure out a budget with some purchases I have to pay off. I may return a big item leaved it packed and return it if I can get this computer to print.

Hello! It's NOVEMBER, We have a lot of choices this month. How we choose will decide a lot . Lets eat better and for thoser who can exercise, Try to get some.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can PLAN to walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you PLAN to set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here.

I am so happy to say that I am down 6 pounds so far for this challenge.
I am not following anything but just trying not to eat so much junk and watching portions.
Today we are going to Applebee's with Alan's family for Veteran's Day. Alan and Jim both get free meals so I will get Jim to order one of their 6 oz sirloin dinners and then I will eat that one and he can order anything else he wants lol We are not going til about 2 or 3 when it isn't as busy.
I got a bad cold at the beginning of the week so it was actually easier to control my appetite. I made myself get some rest too.
If you ever need a good laugh there is a webside called Candyboots.com and it has old WW recipe cards. Someone has written funny comments about the food or the presentation of the food! It sounds like a questionable site but it really isnt at all . The 2nd selection on the site says WW recipe cards Circa 1974

I'm in my third week of going to the gym regularly. Next week will challenge me, although in theory, in shouldn't, lol. I'm taking Mon, Tues, Wed off so have whole week off and plenty of time to go to the gym. But sometimes without the pressure of having to exercise before work, I keep putting off to "oh, I'll go in an hour" and the hour never arrives!

It started today Monday the new program you can print it off the list but materials will combine January. ham eating as if I was diabetic and get 25 poi8nts. I ate more stuff today.B ut tomorrow macaroni and cheese 1boxwith 1 pound of frozen peas mixed 1100 calories in all during the day. Scott gives me candy and other things. But I( want to stick to this tomorrow. I made it for tomorrow.

Good morning! Because I was concerned on how the roads might be, I didn't go to the gym but straight into work. Now I have to discipline myself enough to go to the gym after work. Something I'm NOT good at, lol! Discipline, that is.
Amy, this is a challenging time of the year to stick to our food plans -too many delicious food gifts coming our way!

I am eating 1200 calories and 25 points in the new plan.I am getting 7 packages of frozen peas tomorrow .I go to podiatrist tomorrow . after I get home we will shop..

I KNOW IT IS HARD I GAINE 7 POUNDS AND SCOTT AND I WILL CELEBRATE CHRISMAS AND HIS BIRTHDAY IN THE NEW YEAR AT A PANCAKE RESTAURANT THAT HAS TOO MANY OPTIONS FOR ME.
