Amy, I hear that, sister! This weekend we'll be celebrating Jeremy's birthday, then next week is Thanksgiving of course, then a week after that I'll have my surgery. I'm only just closing in on what I weighed before my September vacation where I packed on so many pounds I was afraid to get on the scale! At least 7-8 but as of this morning I'm 2 pounds from my pre-beach vacation weight. Aaaaaaahhhh!!

Deb did you get the snow? November 29 I get the injection in my back. I went to Podiatrist yesterday. He is seeing me every 9 weeks. I I bought oatmeal today and raisins.I hope to have 4 meals a day, The 4 boxes of raisins and 2 cups of oats during this week. it is pretty low calorie.The raisins are 13 points and right now oats are I don't want to watch football cause there's pizza there.

I just did a budget and I thinkI can buy some fruit next week. And in December Think I have 15 dollars to buy apples or some fruit a week.

Ido too. Bought a cheap air popper.Ipopped in microwave with2 tablespoonsI sprink;ed nutritional yeast on it.it was pretty good. In the new program air popped corn and corn are 0 point foods.Ihad oatmeal;withone ounce of raisins.

I bought a bigger air popcorn maker. Not eating healthy When I shop next Friday Ihope I can buy more healthy food. I. will buy I think frozen peas andIhope sweet potatoes

Hello! It's NOVEMBER, We have a lot of choices this month. How we choose will decide a lot . Lets eat better and for thoser who can exercise, Try to get some.
WELCOME EVERYONE anytime and yes you can PLAN to walk/jog/run or combo, cycle, spin, swim, aerobic classes, elliptical machine, yoga, Pilates, strength train and core work too!
Each week you PLAN to set and post your own attainable mileage/minutes goal and strive to achieve it. Saturday through Friday is our fitness week with Saturday morning weigh-ins(WI). WIs are encouraged but optional. There is no judgement here.

I gained 2 this week but I am still ataying under 225 and this is really important for me since I spent so much time close to 230 lately

I got my hair done today( cut and color. ) I always feel better and more likely to stick to healthier eating when I get that done.

O h wOW MO great I GETMY HAIR CUT DECEMBER 7. I ORDERED a slow cooker tomato my lentil stew the tfitsinthe plan. I shop next Friday because of Thanksgiving. But I will use my food card with the money I get tomorrow or late tonight.ineed need dry lentils vegetable brothcarroth celery and carrots mixed garlic mixed onion. 'I wil put turmeric in. and. I got my free government SIM card for my old phone. I have spectrum for my other phone. so does Scott. Have a red case for my new phone and a blue case for the other. Have I p;hone8 plus phones. Those are the last with the button the bottom outside. My new phone number I got from my government phone and I got the new number from the government carrier. I. will eat better the day after Thanksgiving when I buy my food again. Iam feafuliam up to about 225. In the new program lentils are zero points. And I remember I used to make my lentil stew each day. I am so happy. I got a big air popcorn maker. That is zero points on the new program and then the rest is blue program.I am taking para transit tomorrow to Whole foods and back.
