Hello! Finally figured out how to follow and post on our ww thread from my phone, lol.
So my knee surgery was a success and did well in recovery. And then the hassles started. I won't go into but eventually Tuesday afternoon my pain meds were sorted out
I've been improving a little everyday. I had my second PT session today. I didn't know that a knee replacement completely wipes out your quad strength, so that's most of what PT is about, rebuilding my left quad.
In spite of the pain, especially first couple of days, I think the replacement was the correct choice. Even after a day and in a lot of pain, I am so much more stable when I stand. My balance was just gone prior to the surgery and it took so much effort to stand and walk without leaning.

how wonderful deb. I am going to get physical therapy. Iwillnever have that nerve block on back which turned black and blue and hurt a lot. Instead I am going for PT FOR KNEES AND BACK IN JANUARY. DEB I AM I AM SO GLAD YOU ARE FEELING BETTER. I MAY HAVE ARTHROSCOPY ON MY KNEE

I am getting a refund. for the desktop that was faulty . It should come next week so I can get my cashiers check for rent. I asm staying with my long term program. I will able to get an eye appointment at a clinic near me But I won't be able to go to the doctor' s office near me. but I was worried about a lot and realized I would do better with Russ and Scott being paid And I can pay the agency Rich works for for him to come every other week. I will see my doctor downtown next week and ask him to write a medical expose for Rich each month of 100 I can deduct some to get more foodshare if just a little more and lower my rent some next year

I made a budget for January without owing money to anyone. I hope the check I get next week will allow me to get my rent cashiers c heck for January and also pay my credit union card to pay off YouTube tv.

Hello! Well, I found out what the fifth prescription was for. It's a muscle spasm relaxer and Wednesday night I found the hard way that I was going to need it! My leg kept tightening up off and on all night, I got no sleep at all. Then I remembered the other bottle of pills. The description said muscle relaxer, use as needed 3 times a day. I took one last night and was fine till around 5:00am, when the tightening started up again. So for now, I take one before i go to bed and if any problems in morning, I'll take another one.
Other then that weirdness, my knee continues to improve, woohoo!
Amy, I hope your refunds come soon! That'll be great if your friends can get paid for helping you out.

I got a nerve block not a spinal. They put 6 needles in my back. 3 became 3 black and blue marks. They hurt alot. I will not get that again. What I am trying is physical therapy. I am making a journal I started tonight in a buy not taker on my apple desk. I called Scott down to put water in. He doubted me the whole way. I am keeping this journal toes if I can kick diet soda cold turkey. I have an air popper making popcorn for breakfast with 5 ounce of raisins. I have some tea I will try in the morning. Ihave salad I will put peas in. I have blueberries that will stevia to sweeten if need be. I also have my fav non fat wishbone Italian dressing. And I have my 7 prunes a day. I am going to eat foods that fit in the 23 points. When I shop I may buy beans light or black instead of the costly peas that I have and have been sold out since I bought them. Scott says I will get hungry but I got pep talks today on YouTube from some plant doctors. I may buy more air kernels to make 2 batches next week. I believe that maybe if I eat plant based and drink water maybe I can do treadmill again. I have to believe this. I managed to put all the things but salad dressing prunes and raisins as zero points. I just have to make a change. I almost weight 220 again. I can't do this. Scott totally has seen me been unsuccessful. But I have to believe the new health agencies bring more fiber and saying that we are not getting that. I believe I will do it. At least if the first refund comes I can get January's rent in and pay my bill for you tube tv. I have money set aside for Scott's 60th birthday January 1. I don't care how I long for diet soda. I am quitting it and the cost and how to pay for it. I heard salad and berries and beans for protein are recommended. I find that those are given 0 points in the new system . And that I can buy also corn if it is av mailable and put that in my salad which is also zero points. I think WW is on to something not keto but good stuff about the best calorie density foods that allow me to do this as plant based eater which I crave to be.. With my big increase next month in Social Security I made a budget that I think will allow me to afford healthy food. Diet Soda isnt required to live. I don't that to sustain myself. I need healthy food.

I had 2 packs of better oats oatmeal for 4 points. I have enough till I shop . I had 1 diet soda this morning as I would coffee. But I shall try to drink water the rest of the day. I also had my 7 prunes which I hope will be good for my bones. also I plan to have som blueberries in a little while too.
I will try I think to buy corn on Thursday when I shop and some black beans and put those in my salad or just corn and beans. Luckily corn is included as zero foods.

I actually am feeling better accept for the headache and my knee and back k. I di d .25 minutes on treadmill at 2.0 but my back started to really hurt. I may be able to somehow do 6 segments of .25 eventually and then 10. I just don't know. But I do know this I will never diet soda again. I will buy tea to drink in morning. I just have to get till Thursday when I sho0p. So maybe I will have one diet soda in the morning just one till Friday.
