Chicken Breasts Can of cream of mushroom soup White wine (1/2 of the soup can) Parmesean cheese (sprinkle liberally on top) Salt & pepper (again just sprinkle on top to taste)
cook on low all day - easy and delicious. Sorry for the lack of specific measurements, I don't really measure when I cook.

Were the 2 cans of Rotel tomatoes listed twice, or are there really 4 cans total?

White Chicken Chili
12 oz chicken breast (I use frozen and cut up when it's cooked) 10 ¾ oz cream of chicken soup, 98% fat free 2 (15 oz) cans northern beans, Rinsed & drained (I use 3-4 cans, we like it thicker) 1 can chicken broth ½ c. Onion, diced 1 tsp. Cumin Garlic powder to taste 4 oz. Green chilies 1 tsp. Oregano ¼ tsp. Hot pepper sauce
In 3 ½ - 4 qt. Slow cooker, combine chicken, beans, onion, garlic, oregano, broth and soup. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours. (I cooked on high for half the time) Before serving stir in cumin, hot sauce and green chilies. ( I put it all in at the beginning. I omit the hot sauce since it's spicy enough for us)) Yield: 5 servings= 234 cals, 2g fat, 10g fiber, 43g carb, 14g protein, 448mg sodium, 0 chol.

Easy CrockPot Swedish Meatballs ★★★★★ Prep Time: 15 min | Cook Time: 180 min | Servings: 35 | Difficulty: Easy
Ingredients:
White Sauce: 1 can White Sauce (or 1-1/2 cups homemade) 2 Tbsp olive oil 1 1/2 cup(s) fat-free skim milk 1/8 cup Gold Medal Wondra Quick-Mixing Flour, Enriched
Sauce: 1 1/2 cup(s) canned, beef bouillon 1 cup(s) frozen chopped onions 2 clove(s) (medium) garlic clove(s), chopped 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce 6 tbsp Lawry's Spices & Seasonings, Beef Stroganoff
Meatballs: 30 meatballs (Foster Farms Turkey Meatballs, Homestyle, Frozen)
Finishing Sauce: 1 cup(s) fat-free sour cream
Directions:
Original serving size is 3 meatballs. I've made this one 1 meatball to make any particular serving easy to track
Note: The package of frozen meatballs says 10 servings of 3 meatballs, hence the 30 meatballs--just use a 2-pound package of frozen Turkey meatballs.
Spray a 5-quart CrockPot with cooking spray. Add the frozen meatballs and onions and mix together.
Heat the oil in a sauce pan; stir in the flour to form a roux and cook over medium-low heat, stirring, for 2 to 3 minutes. Add 1/2 cup of milk and stir until thick and smooth; add remaining milk and continue stirring until a medium white sauce is achieved. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix the broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and seasoning; stir in the white sauce. When blended, pour over the meatball mixture in the CrockPot.
Cook on high power for 2 to 3 hours. Stir in the sour cream.
Serve over noodles, or with mashed potatoes or rice (brown preferred).

For people that use white/Northern beans, do you recommend a brand/type? I hate mushy beans. I just use the dry store-brand white northern beans. Oh, they turn out so creamy and buttery - I LOVE them. I have a quart in the freezer - white northern beans and ham hocks. Yum!

pbnj Cole slaw in your chili? Really? cabbage? I'm from Texas and I'm not sure about this. Although, I now serve slaw with my fish tacos and we love that combo. May have to try it!
