Good Morning Jolly Folks, Good job adding pictures, Jenny. Kathie, I am glad you could change your avatar. I crop photos in paint most of the time. I can change the pixels, also.
I am not selling my camper, Molly. The people are about to retire and want to travel so they have sold their monster and she has seen mine on the road. Mine is 13 ft. They will get a 16 or 17, but would just like to see one up close. See how they are put together etc.
If I were young I would still be in bed. I did sleep good last night, but got up to go you know where and never went back to sleep so I finally got up and sat in my chair with out a light on. Finally made coffee, but it does not taste good.
Betty stayed in yesterday and slept in her chair. She did not go out last night when I took Bearly out the last time. So I let her on the back porch. She prefers it when she stays in at night. It is nt cold so she was fine. After that cold spell and her outside all night one night I don't think I need to worry about the back porch.
60 to get to 70. High winds. A good day to stay off the roads. Have a great Wednesday and start thinking about taking down the holly. KEEP CHRIST IN CHRISTMAS LUCY

Good morning. Trying to decide whether to work on my quilt or take down the Christmas decorations or just sit and read a new book I picked up from the library.
Didn't sleep well last night. My knee started hurting and I couldn't get comfortable. Might be a long day. Rehab this afternoon.

To bed late and up too early. Another episode of irregular heartbeat. So upsetting. No pain just not able to sleep with it like that. Will go back to bed later.,
Hope everyone has good day.

Good morning, Holly Jolly friends!
Thanks for getting us started, Lucy! How are you feeling today? I'm sure Betty-the-cat was happy to be in the back porch.
Today I'll probably disassemble the Christmas tree and will certainly have to pay bills.
I'm looking forward to reading about each of you and what you are doing today!
Molly

BettyJ, I vote for the chair and the new book.
Jenny, sorry you had a rough night. Hope you get a good nap.
Molly, I do feel better but am not going anywhere today. I doubt I will even dress.

Hello, Lucy & Jollies,
Betty does have a routine. I thought my cats would stay up with me when I retired. They went to bed at their normal time. Ha.
Very foggy and I don't see the main road.
I have a social day and lunch at McGrath's. It is known for fish. So, I'm ready.
My place is using a van and I'm not happy with it. One hears different stories why the bigger bus is sitting in the parking lot. It is hard to get in and out of a van. My knee does yell.
Feel better, everyone.

Good Morning Marm and LTMs,
This morning it was 32Âş (feels like 25Âş) with a few clouds and going up to 47Âş and partly to mostly cloudy with winds WNW 10-15 mph.
We had another nice relaxing day yesterday. Sarah even got her Legos out again to start building something and would take time out to go and watch TV or play on her I-pad so she didn’t get frustrated when it didn’t get done fast enough. King sat with her part of the time and they did some of it together.
Another Japan memory: Yesterday I mentioned shopping for 3 days of food before New Year’s riding on my bike or walking. In later years when we were on home leave we purchased a freezer and had it shipped to Japan. We went to Lake Nojiri in the summer and when it was time to go back to Tokyo we would load up the station wagon with corn on the cob, rhubarb and lima beans and some other veggies to take home and put in our freezer to have during the rest of the year. In late spring and early summer the owner of our local produce store would often ask me if I would like to buy the strawberries that were left at the end of the day for a very low price because they wouldn’t last until the next day. He knew I liked to make jam and would let me know when he had extra ones so we had plenty of homemade jam until the next spring. More tomorrow.

Well, my day fell apart. My ride to go out and eat cannot make it. I have that rapid heartbeat, too. One has to just stay quiet and the body will calm down. I guess I got upset because the lady has water backing up in all sinks. Yikes. She is on third floor so everyone is having the problem. It is probably starting with the ground floor.
I thought of Paint, Lucy, and will go back and look at it again.

Came home from Pittsburgh this morning, hotel was very nice and DD and DSIL did the breakfast buffet and brought me back in a cup of hot tea. I can't eat when I first get up. We got an early start but had a stop to make for oil and filter for their car and then I drove home from their place. The concert was so good!! Always amazes me the light shows and the pyrotechnics involved. We all loved it. 2 and 1/2 hours with no intermission. And we never left our seats!! Didn't want to miss a thing. It was the best Christmas present ever. Didn't have to do a thing, no stressing and great company.
Not sure what I am going to do today, thinking organize some stuff in basement to get ready for the Christmas stuff. Want to take most of it down probably New Years Day.
Lucy are you leaving again? Think I remember you were planning to go back and spend time with Trace. Is that still on. How is he doing with the new meds etc. ?
Cat that water problem sounds nasty, sorry you are missing the McGraths fish.

Connie, I was to leave today and go back to spend time with Trace, but I have a mean UTI. If I am OK will leave Friday and come home Monday.
Doris, glad Sarah enjoyed her legos with Dad.
Cat, sorry about your day out. Plumbing problems are the pits.

OKAY, Lucy, got ya!! Sorry you have an UTI. Hope you got something for it. Know they can be stubborn.
I just finished up in the basement. did do a load of clothes. had 2 skirts that I can wash in washer on cold and gentle cycle. Seems like a bit of waste but that is what the tag says. Will do another batch later. Got the basement looking better, did the kitty litter pans first. Glad to get that out of the way. then put some things away, organized the fall/Halloween/thanksgiving stuff as well. I know what took me so long. I don't know, other than don't like to spend too much time under ground!! do have high up windows and lots of lights but feel like I don't know what is going on upstairs. But it is done now, until I take the Christmas stuff down.
I did find a tupperware lid I have been looking for. In wrong place of course!!
I must get better organized at the time and not have to do it later when I have lost things!! LOL

Just stopped back to see what is happening with your day! Connie, you really got busy!
This morning I took the boxed ornaments off of the tree, got the dishwasher going, paid bills and filed. Just when I was finishing, DD phoned and asked if she could take us out for lunch for our anniversary. Of course, we said, "yes!" The girls came along, and we had a very nice lunch at a local sit-down cafe.
This afternoon, we've finished disassembling the tree and the mantle, and DH is taking the boxes to the barn for storage. I also set up an EXCEL file to mail-merge file folder labels for my new January files. There is a cute Hallmark show on, but I may turn it off and finish the mystery novel I've been reading. I'm at a place that I don't want to read, but must wade through it to get to the conclusion.
It's 54 degrees here and sunny. A great day for December! BBL to check on everyone! --Molly

I have been going from project to project and not getting anything done. Laundry is in the dryer and the dryer has stopped. Need to fold the clothes. Checked to see what bills needed paying, but still need to file the receipts. Called to get an estimate for shower doors in my bathroom. That project got finished - doors will be ordered by the vendor and should be here in about two weeks. The tension rod does not stay up and I can't work over my head to get it back up. Need to run the vacuum and also groom Waylon. The vet is coming tomorrow for Waylon's routine exam and shots. Nice to have a vet that makes house calls. Off to another project.
