How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the entire month.

Unless fighting the heat and fighting off midges, flies and no-see-ums counts...no exercise minutes. Two of the remaining kittens that were born still survive. I think the mama cat is going stir crazy with nothing to do. Might walk today and might not. Warm out today. We will see.
Bob - you spent 3 of your four waking hours active...wow!

Hahaha. Biked 60' yesterday plus more window stuff. I'll have to check if I got in short walk but don't think so. Had to take DW to early eye appt. DD had gall bladder surgery yesterday which was a bit bigger and inflamed than perhaps thought. Busy day.
