How Many Minutes
* Choose how many MINUTES (NOT miles or number of workouts or APs - just MINUTES) you want to be active this month. Choose the number that is right for YOU! * YOU CAN JOIN ANYTIME DURING THE MONTH. * Activity is whatever you choose. It can be anything from gardening or doing some stretches to walking, running, yoga, cycling, swimming, zumba, or spinning, or anything in between. YOU decide what constitutes being active for you! * Check in and tell us how you're progressing toward your monthly goal. * You can check in as often as you'd like. The thread will be posted daily. *Everyone welcome. You can start anytime you want to. *If you only want to track your daily minutes and post here that is fine, too. You don't have to keep track for the entire month.

Another day of checking on the cats and reading but not much else. That said, hubby let the mama cat out last night for awhile and she knows how long she can be there BUT without a cat door there are more trips outside to look for her, trips to check on kittens to see if they need her, etc. I can see myself being outside more with her or searching for her as time goes on! If she were a dog...I would probably just take her out for walks instead BOB: Hope your daughter does okay!

Daughter doing much better. Walk 60' bike 50' yoga 60'.
