I did it. We were gifted a dozen chocolate chip cookies last Sunday and I wanted to not have too many of them. I only had two and my husband ate up the rest. It helped that they didn't trigger me, and I really wasn't interested in them, which is unusual for me and sweets.

Today is WI day for me and I'm down 2.2 and I'm at my lowest so far, so I made up for the uptick from pre/post Thanksgiving slide. I will try to regulate myself better for the holidays coming up! I already decided with my heart event this year, that having a heaping pot of cheese fondue isn't that important to me, at least not this year, so I think we will skip our traditional NYE fondue and find something else to make that feels festive and special but healthier and more OP for us!

The scale is NOT broken...it went up this morning after eating out, having wine, and then a LATE dinner.

Saturday, December 2: 121.4 - down 1 lb. Typical counter-intuitive post-pizza/wine drop, to be followed by the typical bounce back in days to come.
