ann1953 , I saw this on the One Thing thread. So scary at our age! I do hope there are no lasting ill effects. Sunday, January 7: 121.4 - down 2 lbs. (?!) Down 0.6 lb. from last Sunday. Weight is unpredictable. Dinner out last night, three bottles of wine with 5 people. I often have a wt. drop after consuming the alcohol. Food consumption was very reasonable.

ann1953,  Monday, December 8: 122.2 - up 0.8 lb. That Sunday weight was a fluke for sure.

Thanks feeling a tad better. Thing is getting up and sitting down are killers. Once up I do all I can and should I forget I'll get it next time around or ask Carl when he's home
