Thinking if I'm hungry I need to eat instead of waiting for my next planned meal or snack. Being drawn to sweets. Keeping on eating even though I feel full.

Still working on: Eating when I'm not hungry, continuing to eat when I'm just satisfied, overeating certain fats.
