HI Bl
Brenda You are doing great. Congratulations on being BL. Way to go.
Nancy thanks for the stats. I have been up more than that for sure. I will be more diligent about the WI
Kelly how was your Sunday, today we celebrated our church cultural day. It was fun so much food. I indulged a little, but I am already finished eating for the day so I should be able to combat some of the poor choices.
Mimi you should be back soon, I hope you are having a great time..
I signed up for one of those Healthy Wage challenges and I won. My winnings was $36.86. I paid $30. to join. It was fun to compete..

Good Morning!! I had a very nice weekend. I added 2.2 miles( WATP & short walk @ lunch) on Friday, 2 miles( Moving while watching a movie) Saturday and on Sunday I walked 3.02 miles. Relaxed a good bit, watched some movies, and read.
Leroy and I received a wonderful blessing of 1000.00 from our Church. That will definitely be put towards the medical bills. We have a tough time receiving though, we are more comfortable with the giving.
Brenda: Congrats on being the Biggest Loser for the week. Nancy: Thanks for keeping us going. You are being consistent that is good. Claudette: Sunday was very relaxing. February we always Focus on Financial freedom. We talking about giving God our First Fruits. Your Cultural day sounds interesting. Waving to all!! Skinny vibes!!

Good Morning!!
Yesterday I added 3.08 miles. 2.08 walk outside and 1 mile WATP.
Took Leroy to orthopedics and the surgeon does not really think the repair will last so most likely he will wear a brace. They did no imaging so I am going to continue to pray and believe for healing. They re-casted and despite us telling them to build it up at the bottom so it does not slide and dig into his back of his ankle they did not. So we had to go to the Urgent Ortho care to fix it. It is better than it was but not as good as the 1st one. Frustrating that I had to pay a co-pay for something that should have been done correctly at the post-op appt that did not have a co-pay.
Leroy is really struggling with what the future looks like and what he feels will be burdens on me and others. Trying to lift him up and encourage him to calm and let it all to God. He knows by past struggles we have always gotten through.
Waving to all!! Skinny vibes!!

Hello, Kelly, sorry about the copay, I agree they should have done the job correctly. Sorry dh is so down. He's been through a lot, just keep doing good & hopefully things will get better. Virtual meeting, no gym as we had an appointment. Made some cookies for my granddaughter & she didn't want to take any home with her! So now I have to deal with them. tracking, no waters. Happy Thursday
