I did the stationary bike for 20 minutes and joined the 11:00 Amy virtual workshop.

I am happy to have another loss this week. It really helps me to have the accountability of a weight check-in here every Saturday, so thank you again everyone for making this Challenge group. I also do a weight check-in before my usual WW workshop (virtual, on Wednesday), though it is not required there at all. I am only 2 pounds from my goal, so maybe I will even reach it this month.

Good Afternoon!!
Sorry to be MIA.
I slept in a little later on Friday so did not get on the computer before work just did my morning devotional and a quick WATP.
I have added 5.25 miles Thur- Saturday. Some WATP and 2.25 miles outdoors at lunch on Thurs and Fri.
It rained all day yesterday. At times very heavy.
Went to my great niece's 16th birthday party last night. My BIL owns an amusement business specializes in games and music machines so he had it his shop the all the kids played games and listened to music. It was fun I did play a game of the shuffle board bowling that was fun and shot at some moose with my great nephew. I was not very good at that one.
We did the macarena dance, lol.
Waving to all. Some awesome losses. I stayed the same, too many days of having the munchies.

Good Morning!!
Yesterday, I added 2 miles while watching a movie. Other than going to Church and making some Chicken noodle soup and Chili, I rested most of the day. I should have finished my home office de-cluttering but just did not feel like it.

Hello, I'm so sorry that I forgot to post the results for last week!!! I will do last week & this week together this Sunday. Brenda, I forgot about the meeting. The time change did a number on me this year. I like Kristina B to, I listen to her at the gym. Andrew, nice loss! Do you have a standard virtual meeting that you attend? Mimi, I've been good with sleep, except for Monday night I couldn't sleep at all. Up & down all night. You can still post last weeks weight if you like. I totally forgot to post the results this week. Kelly, sounds like a fun birthday. Kudos on getting your steps in. Brenda, glad you are back and doing good on program. Wednesday already. Monday & Tuesday back to the gym TM35min, tracking, waters & virtual meetings. Scale jumped up M&T but today is down a little. Happy Wednesday

Hello, Kelly, thanks for thinking of me. I just forgot. Overslept, then right after my virtual meeting I went out with DH. I'm back on track now. No mtg, dr appointment, tracking, waters, 15min decluttering. Ran lots of errands so got my steps. (lol) My granddaughter filled out her papers for the National Honor Society. I'm so proud of her. Happy Thursday
