Friday, 03/22 What leads you to gaining your weight back?

Relaxing and giving myself permission to overeat because of rationalizations. I've been struggling and it started with a shift in my mood. What I need to do to fix it is to talk back to my rationalizations and give myself pep talks about why I want to stay at my goal weight.

I get tired of doing all the work. I want to eat what I want to eat, and I don't want to track. And sometimes it's because I think I'm doing everything that I need to do, and I still don't lose weight, or I even gain weight. And then I say it doesn't matter and I give up.
