Good Afternoon,
Great work on the chores and office admin work!
I did enjoy Saturday, I spent the latter half of the day cooking dinner for cousin and girlfriend we had over for dinner and that was fun, cause we'd not seen them in a long time! We had a fun evening. I made the focaccia bread I'd done recently, it turned out again, yummy, Sheperds Pie I'd made for St. Patricks, Used up some some smaller potatoes I'd bought, salad kit (yes, I do kits) and had Girl Scout cookes for dessert.
DH got our water turned on to water front yard and is going to spray the rocks there and spot spray 4 areas where we had the rock put in. THere is a type of grass still outcropping a couple spots, you're not supposed to pull this grass, it makes worse. So he is taking care of that.
THis morning I reclaimed the kitchen, that was quite the job, but it's done! Hooray! Rebooted laundry times one, all handwash done, dishwasher run.
Creative: Here is some news! Though you'll have to be in suspense until we return from our trip (we leave tomorrow). Yesterday, today, in between other stuff, I worked diligently on creating more, new designs that would work as charts. THey are all adorable, some are on general themes I've seen other offerings of, but mine are cuter, seriously, better. I've shared one with my sister who LOVED and said, she'd not seen anything similar to it in her searches, viewing all she's viewed here and there, which is a lot, she has the most experience I'd say and exposure. So that was exciting to hear. Because that other seller is having massive sales, I am getting on that train with mine that I'm not going to submit for certificates!!! So I have 5 things, all of which have variations, and equate to about 20 different things, and this is what will go live when I return. Then you will be able to see those things immediately all at once if you visit shop. I will try to settle down my hyperness expectations, as I do not have as many themes but I think they will be hit. Then ideally, I will start receiving some of the certificates from my submissions! -many designs completed ready to go -today I also fine tuned the supplementary PDF that will go with, it is better worded now, I'm really happy with it.
Now I'm going to make the bed and start packing. I know what I'm packing though, so it's not hard.
Once again, I will need to journal food and keep track of stuff. I do have goals for this trip, so I'm going to really try to make it HAPPEN. I will be checking and posting while gone, so I hope to see posts from you!
I hope you've had a good day.

Good MOrning,
Up since about 5:00 AM working solidly on preparing drafts of the listings that will get posted upon return. I'm through about 1/3. I realize I need to make one more single page PDF where I type the list of the color number and threads in full name because the PDF that is automotically gnerated is cutting off the name. Yes, people could find it from color alone, but some people would like to see the full name of the color. I'll create those when I get back. Now I must shower and get ready the rest of the way to go!

Another busy day for me. I got one audit done and a number of Office Admin items taken care of. Rather a struggle today dealing with... So I am glad today is behind me. More of the same tomorrow and I am working diligently on keeping a positive perspective--had to reset my attitude a number of times today. I think the best approach is to get back to plowing through this work as fast and as hard as I can so I can get to the point where I can focus on other areas of my life. Other than that, PT walking and PT exercises. I am regularly getting about 12,000 steps a day.
Hope you are having an enjoyable evening!!!

Your diligent consistent approach to your work, chores taking responsibilities that need taken care of is to be admired! Great job with your steps too!
We are safely arrived in Munich where we spend three nights. Today we will go to two things, a museum and a palace in the city. It is not supposed to be great weather today so this works out well.

Z, Glad you are enjoying your trip!!!
My life got away from me but now I have managed to slow it down. Hooray for that! Took Clair to the university to do her Stay Paws-i-tive event and enjoyed it as usual. Her enthusiasm improved from her last therapy visit there. We are working on getting her back up to speed in that area since being incarcerated for five months in an exercise pen (although enlarged to turn it into a palace) and to be on leash jail has tamped her spirits down--I wonder why. It's kind of tricky since her natural happy response is to run around as fast as she can which isn't something she can do now. Made an appointment for May 16th to get her xrays done again and hopefully all will be perfect, otherwise it will be six more weeks of the exercise pen etc.
I am forging ahead with finishing up my job. Maybe I will help with my class reunion. We'll see--at least I will go to the organizational meeting and see what the proposed volunteer positions are like and who the major players are in all of this--preferably people who want to have fun. I do like going to these reunions as long as it is kept simple. Most especially since I see people I went all the way through school with starting with the fourth grade on.
Hope you are having an enjoyable evening!!!!

I hope Clair’s spirits start perking up. Class reunion!!! We are living parallel lives! I’ll have nothing to do with planning ours, which is happening, as I was responsible for planning the entire 2o year one. It’s a ver small town and class, so can’t get complicated. But I don’t live there, efforts were not really appreciated, so now I just show up is my plan.
I’m managing meals very well, there s usually not a lot if snacking. Or zero I should say when we are tromping about, just meals. Then I try to think about how hungry I really am and make appropriate decisions. So far so good. Just getting ready to head out to Innsbruck tubs morning. I think some trams. Gondola, folk art museum, infantry museum are on the agenda.

Z, Sounds like you are having a wonderful time!!! Good Job staying OP! I was careful to word the class reunion email so that I could back out of it if I don't feel comfortable. The organizer is a wonderful person who I met in the fourth grade and he hasn't changed in all these years. So we will see what happens. He chaired the committee for the last reunion and did a great job. Today I went to an exercise class that is being held once a week here in our valley--it was such fun! However, because of this and that it won't be held again until the first part of June. The ladies were all very pleasant and friendly. Otherwise, just been trying to get some housework and office work done. I have been doing all of Clair's PT including the walking. Lovely weather right now. Step production is still 12-13,000 per day. A couple more weeks and the rest of the new furniture is going to be delivered. Hooray for that!
Sunday - Great day for AA and me. I went through the audits I had worked on to make sure they were OK to send to DH. Fourteen!!! are out of my life. I need to send some requests for information for four or five I still have to do for this client. I am planning on finishing up with this huge client this week. Very exciting. It's so warm, just like a summer day today.
Hope you are having a relaxing evening!!! Onward>>>>

Hooray on successful audit completions, good weather and AA being able to show up snd ease the load.
We are in Berlin now, arrived yesterday snd had a few hours of tromping about taking in sites. Today was pretty cold this AM, 29 degrees, so waited as bit before heading out. DH is very good about figuring out trains, buses and trams getting us from point to point, then of course we walk a lot also. Today we checked out Berlin Wall area, a museum, ad general sites walking around and “Check Point Charlie”. Also a Burglehaus’ handmade in Germany gift shop which was wooden ornaments, pottery, etc, very cute stuff.
We’re getting between 12K and 18K steps a day. ETing on OP is going well, if not the best effort so far if all trips. Will spare the details and will continue with the daily focused efforts in this area,

Z, Great job with the steps and OPing it!!! Glad you are having a wonderful time!
Just grinding away on trying to get rid of my job. Slow and steady wins the race. Getting the dog PT done as usual and also working on having her be out of her exercise pen palace more. She has to take her naps so it is kind of tricky since if she is out of her palace she has no intention of resting. Today I got two audits done and just need to get three more done then this huge client will be out of my life forever. Hooray! I want to try an EASY yoga class but it will have to wait until I get through a series of appointments and therapy events that are scheduled on Thursdays. Also I signed up to go on an outing with the Native Plant Society this weekend. I am hoping this will be fun since I do have an interest in wildflowers and spent a number of years photographing them. We'll see...
Hope you are having a relaxing evening!!! I am getting excited about the needlepoint project!

Very good on the continued audit work. I hope the plant outing is interesting and enjoyable!
I know I’m very lucky to be on vacation. But there’s the part of me wishing I was home making more progress on the new shop offerings. It is literally making me almost crazy. But, I have not heard back on my certificates yet so the reality is I can’t “do” anything except paint canvases in regard to those till I do. I did access that site today to do a required update update and re-read the typical processing times for submissions of my type and it stated 2.1 months, which am approaching right now in regard to the first two bundles as were done in later February. Fingers crossed they come soon as approved and I dont have any hang ups which are called “correspondence inquiries” where additional information is requested. That other seller I’ve been tracking, omg, I can’t stand not being part of the action yet.
Creative: I did do some reading on acrylic paint and realize now I’ve not been using the right thing to thin it. So I’ll get that when I return. This reading also educated me on why it’s good to apply one of the products in the prep steps, which I was doing, but I didn’t really understand it, now I do. Being able to more appropriately thin, extend the acrylic paint will help a lot.
I’ve been editing some photos of my bird collage pieces on my phone and think I can offer a set of three cards, in a hand crafted way, with easy, less expensive color prints from Staples. I think they’d be cute and I’ll probably only work up two sets of three. Also there are still some cards I can list in my sale/discount section in groups of ten to make worthwhile so I should get that done too.
Yesterday weather was great, sunshine for our day trip to Potsdam. Today gray day, one very long museum visit, but good. Another Berlin Wall site but most of the information we’d already had from today’s visit and different museum two days ago, so we just looked at it and skipped all the reading.

Z, The avatar is really pretty! Nice and fun to read about your creatives!!! Busy day for me. Clair and I attended the Military Animal Project therapy event. It was rather different with lots of therapy dogs--way more than needed. Clair had fun sniffing around since the event was held at a horse ranch and then we left. I did get all items needed for the Sunday field trip. DH has been practicing with Clair so that he is not shocked at her leash behavior which can be very erratic since he will be dog sitting her on Sunday. I don't care about her behavior right now at all since it's bad enough that she has been enclosed in her exercise pens for 5 1/2 months. I don't blame her for acting up sometimes. When we get 100% back to normal I will have her brush up on her healing techniques--until then "Girls just have to have fun!". Tonight will be his third time on leash duty. Otherwise I have taken care of her 100% all this time with no help from him since he isn't really a dog person. He does take them for walks etc but they get away with everything around him.
Saturday - I finished all of the audits for the major client. Hooray!!! Next week I will get as far as can with four more. The rush is over! Now I have office admin to do. Must get busy....
Hope you are having a great time!!!

Good Saturday AM from Leipzig!
Glad DH can help with dog duties and great job keeping at your regulars!
We’re to have great weather today, yesterday was very nice for day trip to Dresden. Today we continue with museums in Leipzig, on is supposed to be an applied arts museum, hopefully good, the last one similar was not. We’ve been walking a ton every day, the eating OP has not been a major trial because there’s really no snacking time, I do not buy snack food while in train stations, etc. Thus trip I think I’ve cut at least 300-400 off my breakfast intake and the rest of the day is easy with lighter lunch dinner choices. So I’m really hoping to return home with a lower scale number. Though I’ve thought this before, it might happen this time!
Creative: My sister finished the European Robin. Was good to see that in finished way, I learn how to possibly improve the looks/design in a few areas.
Not sure I mentioned my friend is learning to do the finish work on ornaments. This involves center firm material, fabric for back, decorative cording. She sews to start with, is frugal, paying for finishing can cost $50.00 and up for a small, 4” thing. So she is very interested in mastering this for herself, but also possibly a side gig to earn money as there can be quite long waits to get things finished. So I’ve been getting photo updates of her progress through this process on canvases I’m giving her to stitch for free of course. Then I hope to enlist DD help in taking some of the still photos and having them put into a short video clip which can be added to video listing showing completed or stages of completion of example designs. This has all been very fun for all of us.
